I was a bit nervous booking Fraser Suites due to some people leaving negative reviews (and I had never been to Dalian before). However, this hotel is amazing -- the rooms are huge and cozy, and everything feels so renovated!! The breakfast is great, and although Dalian has a lot of great hotels to stay in, this one felt great for the price.
I have nothing negative to say about this hotel -- I highly recommend!!!

The hotel was truly a no smoking hotel as we didn't get any whiffs of smoke while at the property. Also, the staff immediately helped with any request and always treated us in a professional and friendly manner. Finally, they allowed us to check out late on our final day.

Amazing experience during Chinese new year, particularly people who work there made us so warm and welcome. We stayed on19th floor - room was beautifully cleaned with personal preference. We also very much enjoyed 6th floor library watching Dalian sunset while reading, bringing wonderful memories of the city. It is rare to have such decent reading area in five star hotel - we love it love it love it. Thank you Mrs Guo ( hotel manager ) for making everything possible here.

早餐的价位不高，88，实在不太丰盛，油条，包子还是预制的，但像富丽华，恒力的早餐团购后也就是100左右，丰盛多了，有自己包的包子，现煮的面条馄饨等选择，还有豆腐脑，油条也是新鲜的。

I am writing to let you know my exceptional experience with the receptionist Flora, she is thoughtful, beautiful and professional, I am feeling touched by her warmness in everyway.
All other staffs are so wonderful too - 刘雪莲, Ethan, 张峰, Scott, Steven, Eric, Ata, George, Archie, Jerry, also house keeping services for 11th ( 姜阿姨 ） and 12th floor, and all staffs for swimming pool area, and all staffs by the main entrance - forgive me if I am not able to write all names down. Dalian Fraser has something really special and I think I know why the moment I met their elegant manager Ms Guo.
I have to say each time I stay I feel Fraser makes Dalian prettier and prettier.
Wherever I go I will stay with Fraser! I hope the worldwide directer will read this message and appreciate the all the efforts Dalian Fraser creates and bring more and more opportunities for all staffs here worldwide.
