99分的体验，少一分是早餐不满意。
Pros:

各方面都很好。

Cons:

早餐的价位不高，88，实在不太丰盛，油条，包子还是预制的，但像富丽华，恒力的早餐团购后也就是100左右，丰盛多了，有自己包的包子，现煮的面条馄饨等选择，还有豆腐脑，油条也是新鲜的。

I am writing to let you know my exceptional experience with the receptionist Flora, she is thoughtful, beautiful and professional, I am feeling touched by her warmness in everyway.
All other staffs are so wonderful too - 刘雪莲, Ethan, 张峰, Scott, Steven, Eric, Ata, George, Archie, Jerry, also house keeping services for 11th ( 姜阿姨 ） and 12th floor, and all staffs for swimming pool area, and all staffs by the main entrance - forgive me if I am not able to write all names down. Dalian Fraser has something really special and I think I know why the moment I met their elegant manager Ms Guo.
I have to say each time I stay I feel Fraser makes Dalian prettier and prettier.
Wherever I go I will stay with Fraser! I hope the worldwide directer will read this message and appreciate the all the efforts Dalian Fraser creates and bring more and more opportunities for all staffs here worldwide.

아침식사는 좀 아쉽지만 그래도 든든히 먹을 수 있고, 무엇보다 레지던스 스타일이라 객실에서 지내는게 너무 편안하고 좋았어요. 쇼핑몰과 연결되어 있어 너무도 편했어요

Pros:

평점이 월등히 높은 이유가 있네요,
중산광장쪽 호텔 대비 숙소 컨디션은 밀리지않는데도 더 저렴하고, 4층에 연결된 갤러리아몰에 갈만한 음식점도 많고 무엇보다 직원들.. 정말 친절하고 감사했습니다.
다시 대련와도 이 호텔 이용할 예정입니다.

Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr schön und sind top ausgestattet. Frühstück ist sehr gut und haben eine gute Auswahl. Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs sind im Zimmer. Pool und Fitness sind top!

Cons:

Es wurde zwar geputzt, jedoch war es teilweise etwas staubig. Außerdem mussten wir dreimal nachfragen bis geputzt wurde. Betten, Badezimmer und Handtücher sind sehr sauber!

Pros:

Good location, easy access

Cons:

Worst service ever had, non-smoking room with strong smoking smell, noisy air conditioner, very poor room service.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel service level
