Way below expectations
Pros:

The thing that I did like and mainly were the location of the venue, it's very central to almost if not all the surrounding events and activities, the staff were very polite and friend and very informative as well, property is well maintained.

Cons:

The room that was advertised and the room that i got was two different, there was no indication that i was going to get the room that i had, it ended up being much smaller than what was advertised. a little more clarity would have helped a lot as proper changes or amendments could have been made prior to arrival.

even though we had made arrangements to have our check-in time done between 11am/12pm, when we got there we had to wait till 14:30pm just so we could get into our room, what's the point in having the option for early check-in if it can not be accommodated for.

The bed was rather small for two people, to me it seemed like it was just a 3/4 bed which was just enough for myself and my partner, if i had to bring along my child there wouldn't have been big enough for the 3 of us.

An uncomfortable, cold and boring stay
Pros:

The venue is situated in a beautiful place. The surroundings are breathtaking. The staff are very friendly. The place is clean. The venue is close to shops and there are plenty of outdoor activities to do in the surroundings.

Cons:

There are too many strict rules that make no sense for me. You are not allowed to bring in your own food or alcohol.
There was no chairs or tables in our rooms. No bar fridge or microwave.
You have to sit on the bed yet there's a big fine if you mess the bed covers.
They gave us a very small bar of soap that looks 2 centimeters wide and a 5ml of bath liquid.
The water in the rooms stink.
The aircon was just on cold air and there was not hot air conditioning.
The swimming pool water is freezing cold so we couldn't even swim.
It was overall a bad experience.

It was acceptable for the 2 nights stay and worked perfectly for the purpose I was there.
Pros:

Check-in was smooth and fast no problems.

Cons:

TVs were terrible poor reception and picture quality when it actually worked. The air conditioner didn't work at all. The water pressure was very poor and not very hot for a shower.

Pros:

The hosts were welcoming and friendly. They have a good garden and the view is lovely.

Cons:

1. The rooms are not as they appear on the app
2. The rooms are old, tiles pealin g off and door handles were loose
3. The was no water on the facility upon arrival.
4.No bar fridge
5. Not allowed to bring ur own beverage
6. Use old air-conditioning system which is very noisy.

Pros:

The friendly staff. The food and the room where super clean and warm since we took our vacation in winter. Breakfast was out of this world, 100% to the chef.

The shower head although need attention but overall, best place.

The location is great. It brings that tourist and privacy while closer to central

Cons:

The villas are outdated. Beds are old and pillows and not comfortable at all. There’s no fridge in the room like any other BnB lodge or hotel room. The staff is nice and flexible to serve the needs of guests. They are very helpful. The infrastructure is outdated. The shower didn’t have hot water but Luke warm. The shower heads are terrible and must be changed. The rooms are extremely small and if you clusterphobic you’ll not survive. There are low hanging fruits like changing shower heads

It was the best stay.

Perfect location and enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The food was good and affordable, close to all the entertainment centres. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Cold water on the first day but they resolved the issue very quickly after we reported it, Thank you so much.

Beside the room we loved our stay plus it is very quite just that on Saturday night the was loud mus

The breakfast was excellent. The stuff that served us was on another level❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 and the breakfast made us full the whole day even in the evening we didn't really eat because of the breakfast ❤️❤️we really enjoyed not gonna lie.

Cons:

The room that we ordered was not the one we chose when we booked . The floor we didn't expect to get that. Tv? We didn't expect that . The room was just a bare minimum.
