The TV only,old fashioned one
I liked everything including the staff friendliness, abuti wa front desk was very friendly 👌 and the restaurant ladies, excellent customer service.

Serenity (Environment), Breakfast (Buffet),
Buffet brekkie name should be changed to 3 dishes. On Sunday morning their Chef did not allow us to dish up again for the main meal citing that there are other people who are still coming.
Squeaky bed.
Breakfast was great and the guy at the reception on point.
The room was sub-standard, No fridge, TV poor connection and No relevant channels....Boring. No bath-tub, No replacement of the amenities (Soap, shower caps, body lotion)
Good reception when I arrived.
TV was playing only one channel, cold shower on my first, which means I had to wake up early to get hot water.
Continuous tripping of electricity
Friendly staff, we were given a map with all tourist destinations around the area which kept us busy and adventurous. The hotel is at a great location, which is close to amenities. The hotel is really nice and clean.
Limited cupboards / wardrobe space, no bar fridge and the TV pictures quality not clear.
The mountain views
The overall cleanliness of the room was also concerning. There was visible mould throughout the shower walls, and the two single beds had been pushed together to form what was intended to be a double bed. However, the beds continuously slid apart during the night, making it extremely uncomfortable and difficult for us to sleep properly. We ultimately had to use only one of the beds.
The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.
The drains had a sewage smell when you shower. The rooms had a human odor smell and was unpleasant. The aircons made a very loud noise, and people were extremely loud in quiet times and very inconsiderate; thus, sleeping was difficult. The cost p/night is not worth the room.

The overall atmosphere, and aesthetics were great. The views were not too bad. Good people and food too.
The rooms could do with a little TLC. the covers had holes in it and stains. The bedside tables where too far situated from the bed. What I did not like was the noise; when your neighbour showers you hear it. The aircon was loud and it was not even my room aircon, but the one across the hall. The last night there, a bus full of school kids arrived low and behold running up and down the stairs, around and pounding on the floor above, screaming at eachother from across the hall well in to the night. WiFi? The only location you could use the WiFi is if you stood in reception. Which coming from another country and trying to stay connected to your family and friends was truly disappointing.
