Good value, I would recommend and stay again.
Pros:

This is a basic hotel - don't expect anything fancy. It is comfortable and good value. I would be happy to stay there again.

The bed was comfortable - firm. The shower was hot with good water pressure.
I like that the room was well lit and various options for lighting including warm and white light. A water dispenser in the hallway was also appreciated so I didn't have to boil water nor use bottled water (more environmental). I could just fill up my own bottle or the container the hotel provided.
I had a room with a window and there was a nice view of some trees and surrounding homes.
Staff were friendly.

It is adjacent to a mall so lots of food options.

Pros:

10min drive from airport.
5min walk to Emart shopping mall and supermarket.
Comfortable bed. Room without window is shielded from the sun.
Good to have 3 different options for in room lighting.

Cons:

2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel is not good
No fridge in room.
