Atour Light Hotel Bund Shanghai

The best hotel service I have ever got! Their staff is so friendly and considerate. I was serviced with hot tea and tangerine during check-in. And the front desk staff gave me a bottle of warm water every morning when I passed through the lobby. The location is excellent and within walking distance to all the must-go-to spots. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Amazing staff! Urban hit rooms + hotel. Breakfast was such a nice treat each day. The staff was so helpful and kind. They were able to call taxis for us and show us where to explore. We got an extended late check out for an extra fee which was worth it before our long flight to Los Angeles. Location is great. Within a few miles to the Bund, Yu Garden and more. I would stay here again and again.

浴室乾淨整潔, 床舖舒適. 酒店位置方便,近地鐵站. 附近有超市和食肆, 且與主要景點距離相近. 酒店人員有禮, 值得選擇.

Appreciate the friendliness of the reception staff. Genuine in their service

The service from the staff was good. The room is a bit small for 2 big luggage. Breakfast at level 6 was good with a nice interior filled with natural sunlight.

A cute boutique hotel with a an ok location. The rooms are spacey and clean, with a nice atmosphere.
However the price for a double room w/o breakfast is far too high. I stayed at much better hotels in Shanghai at this price level. Als the reception feels like a messy coffee shop with stuff everywhere. It doesn't give you the welcome feeing you want at a "cozy" boutique hotel.

我於出發前與你們熱線確認好更改了住宿人姓名,亦收到確認轉名的電郵, 但他到了酒店後酒店沒有找到任何訂房紀錄, 經酒店查後,你們是把booking取消了而沒有再安排訂回.把我的朋友送去另一個地方的酒店.當時是半夜12點了, 另我朋友對這尚旅程很不便,不明白為何Expedia會出現這些問題!!

직원들도 친절하고, 무엇보다 방이 깔끔해서 너무 좋아요.

Convenient place to live in. Close to subway and many food choices nearby

Front couldn't find our booking, wait for long time to understood and the room was not ok as we expected

Awesome staff!!! Most of the employees couldn't speak English (but that's common in China and more my fault for not knowing more Mandarin) but were always smiling and okay with reading from our terrible phone translations apps. I even forgot my tablet in the room and the staff emailed me to let me know and then sent it to my next hotel in Beijing. (Thank you so much for that!!)
The rooms are small but comfortable. The bathrooms are really nice though, one of the best I've stayed in despite the size. Everything is very clean. You do have the option to have breakfast in the morning upstairs. This is mostly a Chinese style selection but very delicious with lots of fresh fruit, pastries and hot options.

Great room stay with nice pillows in room. The room is clean and comfortable. Convenient location with food places nearby. Bread shop and convenient store very close to th hotel. The hotel is also 5 mins walking distance to the metro.

No communication between Expedia and the hotel, I arrived with no room available. Expedia confirmed booking success, I traveled to there at night and had to look around to find another hotel room.

it is a good experience staying at the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, with always smile to customers hence I associated that the owner/manager is managing the hotel well as well as caring their staff.
