Rustig gelegen .
Afgelegen ,als je geen eigen vervoer hebt zit je vast .
The design and surroundings of the hotel is very beautiful.
The facilities are a bit old and require some investment. The Aircon in our selected room didn't work at all but to be fair the staff were very attentive and moved us to a different room very quickly.
Beautiful location, the tree house room was stunning, the wine fantastic and the restaurant top notch! Hot water shower is a bit tricky though, at least in our room.
Good scenery and green garden around the hotel. The room is quite comfortable and clean. The wifi is good.
The hallway had a slight musty smell but in the room was OK.
Overalls are grate.
The supervisor standby behind food counter and only young lady cleaned table and served food refilled some equipment. In my opinion the hotel needs more manpower.
Mooie locatie. Heel rustig. Groot zwembad.

Situated near the winery/vineyard
Too many bugs/insects
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Check-in was efficient. There are great views from the balcony. There was a good choice at breakfast.
We checked in at approximately 18:00. The bar was not open and remained closed the rest of the evening. The reception staff left soon after we checked in, I think there was a night porter on duty. We were disappointed that we were not able to get drinks at the bar as there was no-where near to walk to and after a long day of sightseeing we did not want to get back in the car to find a bar. There were 6 of us and it would have been nice to relax on the balcony with a drink. We were all very disappointed and surprised that there was no bar service, if we had known we would have brought our own drinks.
staff disappears around 21
Low season it was very dark and abandoned.
breakfast was very limited
Stunning views and grounds.
Comfortable beds.
Good breakfasts.
Friendly staff.
We loved the peacefulness and the large pool which we had all to ourselves on our stay. It was like a retreat.
The only nearby place to eat was good but relatively very expensive. The hotel provided a tuk tuk but otherwise a car is needed to find anywhere else to go or visit.
We bought one bottle of wine which was expensive even by UK prices. We accidentally broke a wine glass and management insisted we pay nearly 7 uk pounds to replace it even when we said it was unusual practice.
A very nice hotel. Staff are trying very hard to improve the reviews but it seems as though nobody is actually managing it.
We had a lovely room which was very well appointed with extremely tasteful furnishings and fittings but there were some things that just didn’t work; no mirrors in the bathroom so my husband had difficulty shaving! No electrical socket near the mirror in the dressing area so I had difficulty drying my hair. Small things but irritating.
We also found that when we returned to our room after a full day out our room had not been cleaned or restocked with water, tea etc. we later discovered that we should have put a sign out to ask for this but this was not explained at check in and there were no instructions in our room.
Issara Wine Estates is, without a doubt, the best winery in Thailand. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking beauty of this Tuscan-style vineyard nestled in the stunning Khao Yai region. The property itself is a masterpiece, offering a wide range of luxurious accommodations that cater to every traveler, including those with pets – even our dog had an amazing time!
What truly sets Issara Wine Estates apart is the incredible story and vision of Mr. Olarn Issara. A former professional athlete and Olympian who proudly represented Thailand, his story is not just one of athletic excellence but also of unparalleled commitment and determination. These traits shine through in every aspect of the vineyard and winery. His passion for perfection is evident in the impeccable wine they produce, each sip brimming with flavor and quality.
The estate is more than just a winery; it’s a complete escape. From horseback riding on-site to exploring their two fabulous restaurants and charming café, there’s no shortage of ways to indulge. The café is the perfect spot to enjoy wine tastings while taking in the vineyard's picturesque views.
A highlight of our stay was dining at Liberta, the fine-dining Italian restaurant recently launched by Mr. Olarn’s son, Mr. Paul Issara. Liberta’s extensive menu is a culinary dream, with every dish carefully crafted to perfection. The ambiance is magical, blending effortlessly with the vineyard’s Tuscan charm.
The hospitality at Issara Wine Estates is second to none. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable experience. From the warm, attentive staff to the incredible Issara family themselves, our visit felt personal and heartfelt.
I can't wait to return to Issara Wine Estates to savor more of their exquisite wine, indulge in the exceptional food, and bask in the beautiful surroundings.
Beautiful property. Wonderful views. The whole place is done very tastefully
Hot water wasn’t consistent at all. Weak water pressure.
