Good location but hotel standard should improve.

Location was good. Staff were receptive.

Cons:

Second floor has no elevator. Not conducive for older people. Upgraded my standard room to Deluxe with additional fee. Booked for 9 day stay. On the 8th day, found my room infested with winged termites and it was unbearable to stay even it was for one night. Had termites in my luggage too!
Had to change to another room on the ground floor which was a more satisfactory condition.
In general the location of this hotel is great but they can ramp up with the cleanliness and check for any insect infestations.

Pros:

Looks nice from outside. Provide water. No elevator but they help bring luggage up.

Cons:

They won’t give you two key cards for the room, very inconvenient for us. Room is or look dirty, total white is a bad idea if u are not going clean or maintain it diligently. Some paint peel off at some spots. Staffs not great.

Not worth the price and not a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

I chose this place to stay because it used to be well maintained, but now it is not maintained as well. However, it is very strategically located, with easy access to food and close to the city.

Cons:

The place is not well maintained. The bed is not clean or comfortable. We had to request a floor mat, extra towels, and a blanket. There is no proper infrastructure, and parking is quite difficult. We had to find paid parking, which costs RM30 per day.
