Leider keinerlei Ansprechperson vor Ort.
Der Chatboot nur KI, absolut nervig und langwierig.
Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum nächsten großen 2 zimmer Appartement. Viel zu hellhörig . Bis nachts um 3, uhr schwere Diskusdionen zu hören ...

Will surely stay with Numa again!
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable bed, waterfall shower with plenty of room, amazing views and lots of sunlight. Everything was digitiled and super user friendly. We were grateful to find many useful amenities provided with our stay. It's set in a nice and calm location with train station and kiosk nearby, overlooking a large park with a planetarium worth a visit for tourists!

Pros:

Das Hotel war gut erreichbar und wenn man im Norden von Hamburg etwas sucht gut gelegen

Cons:

Das Hôtel funktioniert komplett digital das ist fein wenn alles in Ordnung ist wenn etwas nicht funktioniert telefoniert man wenig zielführend mit einer KI. Silikone im duschbereich müssten gründlicher gereinigt werden.
