Ein Zimmer in einem miserablen Zustand
Cons:

Schon am ersten Tag, als wir im Zimmer ankamen, waren wir schockiert: Das Bett sah so aus, als hätte bereits jemand darin gelegen. Auf dem Tisch standen zwei benutzte Gläser mit Wasser, und aus der Wasserflasche war der Rest ausgelaufen. Außerdem lag ein Kissenbezug achtlos neben dem Bett auf dem Nachttisch.

Als wir versuchten, eine Beschwerde telefonisch auf Deutsch vorzubringen, erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Wir warteten über eine Stunde vergeblich auf einen Rückruf. Schließlich erreichten wir einen Mitarbeiter auf Englisch, der uns eine Rückerstattung von 15 % für die erste Nacht versprach – bis heute, selbst nach dem Check-out, haben wir jedoch keinerlei Antwort oder Erstattung erhalten.

Das Schlafsofa war in einem so schlechten Zustand, dass man darauf unmöglich schlafen konnte, da es völlig durchgelegen war. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts lagen Staubflusen im Badezimmer herum, sodass wir ständig niesen mussten.

Eine derart schlechte Erfahrung mit einem Hotel habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gemacht. Das war absolut inakzeptabel. Solche Unterkünfte sollten von Booking.com unbedingt besser überprüft und herausgefiltert werden!

Sehr gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sehr sauber, teilweise besonders im Bad aber staubig. Die Dusche war ziemlich verkalkt.
Im Hotelflur waren großflächige Flecken auf dem Teppich. Offensichtlich wurde eine Flüssigkeit verschüttet, die eingetrocknet war. Die Flecken wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht beseitigt.

Worst customer experience ever, if everything goes smoothly then you don't need someone from the staff but in the case you'll need some support to solve an issue be prepared to waste hours of waiting "to find a solution" chatting online.
