Pros:

La ubicación perfecta y la habitación de un tamaño bastante bien.

Cons:

Tiene el AC del suelo- que primera vez que lo vi es y esto es horrible, porque el suelo está siempre mojado. A la hora de llegada el suelo de la habitación estaba horrible- sucio, negro , con pelos negros el la habitación y en el baño( llegamos a la madrugada y no pude decir nada) pero por la mañana cuando quejé de la suciedad, polvo y pelos negros por toda la habitación ( soy rubia) la señora de limpieza simplemente me respondió que no le había dado tiempo, aunque llegamos 12 horas después de horario normal de check in. Estoy fue muy desagradable porque en el principio intentó decir que estaba todo perfecto. Yo misma limpié cuanto pude todo con papel higiénico y lo dejé encima para que pueda ver cómo era todo.
Si, las camas y la toallas estaban muy limpias, planchas. De esto ninguna queja.
También es verdad- que la señora de limpieza el día de hacer queja vino y limpió suelo.
Pero- si tienes alergia ( es caso mío) no recomiendo apartamento de planta 1, porque como mencioné antes, por la humedad del suelo es imposible de respirar bien. Yo todas las mañana empezaba con la garganta y la nariz fatal- porque la humedad dejaba toda sistema respiratorio irritado.

Location magica, nel centro del centro storico in uno splendido palazzo d'epoca completamente ristrutturato preservando il fascino della costruzione.
Soffitti affrescati, parquet di gran pregio, mobili perfettamente armonizzati con la bellezza della costruzione.
Abbiamo preso 2 camere vicine, arredate con molto gusto.
Il bagno era davvero molto spazioso con doccia e vasca idromassaggio perfettamente funzionante.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile e sono stati molto gentili ad aspettarci. Ci siamo mossi in autonomia visto che ci hanno lasciato anche le chiavi di ingresso del palazzo.

Schöne, liebevoll geführte Unterkunft
Pros:

Santa Rosa ist eine idyllisch in der Altstadt von Noci gelegene Unterkunft, in einem liebevoll renovierten, historischen Gebäude. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wurden fürsorglich versorgt und hatten eine wirklich tolle, erholsame Zeit. Noci ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für das Erkunden von nördlichem Apulien, gelegen zwischen Matera, Alberobello und Bari.
Eine besondere Annehmlichkeit sind die gute WLAN- und diverse Streamer Verbindung.

Nichts zu bemängeln.

Una felice sorpresa
Pros:

L'eleganza e l'accoglienza della struttura, la gentilezza e la simpatia del personale. Tonia la titolare, molto disponibile e cordiale ci ha indicato dove poter mangiare e ci ha guidato nel nostro soggiorno a Noci. Relais Santarosa consigliatissimo !

Un viaggio nel tempo
Pros:

Un’esperienza indimenticabile. Il massimo del confort. La struttura è a dir poco un sogno da vivere, curata nei minimi particolari. Le camere sono dotate di tutto quello che serve per riposare e nello stesso tempo poter lavorare in tranquillità. La connessione internet efficiente. Riscaldamento a pavimento, tv,, un sistema di illuminazione che rende tutto più accogliente. Gli host gentilissimi e pieni di premura per gli ospiti. La mattina io sono partito presto ma ho potuto gustare un buon caffè e scambiare due chiacchiere con la governante. Mi ha affascinato molto il salone al primo piano con la presenza di libri storici. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo posto meraviglioso.
