Un viaggio nel tempo

Un’esperienza indimenticabile. Il massimo del confort. La struttura è a dir poco un sogno da vivere, curata nei minimi particolari. Le camere sono dotate di tutto quello che serve per riposare e nello stesso tempo poter lavorare in tranquillità. La connessione internet efficiente. Riscaldamento a pavimento, tv,, un sistema di illuminazione che rende tutto più accogliente. Gli host gentilissimi e pieni di premura per gli ospiti. La mattina io sono partito presto ma ho potuto gustare un buon caffè e scambiare due chiacchiere con la governante. Mi ha affascinato molto il salone al primo piano con la presenza di libri storici. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo posto meraviglioso.

Cons:

Esperienza negativa, ho prenotato a capodanno con la mia ragazza la suite con idromassaggio, idromassaggio che purtroppo non funzionava. Ho provato a chiedere assistenza alla struttura tramite messaggistica booking ma anche seguendo le loro istruzioni e constatando che comunque la vasca non funzionava non hanno fatto nulla. Il giorno dopo mi aspettavo un rimborso parziale e non volendo fare questioni in giorno di festa ho lasciato la struttura. Di certo non avrei passato il capodanno a Noci. Parlando con la struttura nei giorni seguenti e cercando di evitare questa recensione, mi dicono che la mattina (1 gennaio) in cui ero presente, qualcuno gli ha riferito che l'idromassaggio magicamente funzionava. In caso l'assistenza di booking voglia fare qualcosa ho un video dimostrativo.

Best in Noci - don’t miss!
Pros:

This is the second year I've travelled through Puglia on bikes with my family. Once again, we stayed at the beautiful Relais Santa Rosa, where the owner family gave us a warm welcome. The Santa Rosa is a beautiful, renovated palazzo in the middle of the historic town centre of Noci. The rooms are impressively designed and have high ceilings. Quiet, cool nights await guests. Coffee table books are laid out in the lobby and reception. The breakfast buffet is extensive. I can only say again: thank you very much, also for the fact that we were able to store our bicycles again. There is much more to mention, such as the kindness of the owners in giving me a book and sending it home to me. Thank you for that and see you again next year!
