A few things were not working on arrival (AC, TV remote, light bulb), but the friendly staff fixed it when notified.

Best hotel
Pros:

My stay was only for 6 days but it was absolutely amazing the staff are so friendly & helpful..nothing was a problem..
I would highly recommend the Royal Hill Satun to everyone..best hotel I've stayed in for a long time ..I've truly have not got anything to criticise..memorable 💙

Pros:

Very nice hotel in a good location. Interesting build into the side of a hill, 3 different lifts to get to our room on level 4 was interesting. Needs some shade around the pool, but nice stay

1 night on way to Koh Lipe
Pros:

This was just for one night to break up the long travel from Bangkok to Koh Lipe. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and there were even monkeys in the trees between our room and the sea. The shower wasn’t much to speak of (rather Luke warm and a trickle of water), and breakfast was also basic, but the staff were friendly, the room spacious, and the hotel served its purpose well. Despite the shower I would stay again for the same purpose (1 night to split up the travel).

Nice ocean view and clean., you can walk to Mu Ko Phetra National Park
nice breakfast but normal and not much
you have to walk up the hill to your room. This property is not suitable for elderly/ bad knees/ or handicaps.

Nice ocean view and clean.,nice breakfast. Hotelhas 71 steps walking up the hill to our room. There is elevator which takes care of 19 steps only . Otherwise it will be 91 steps.. ceiling above steps at couple locations is 5 feet from the step. This property is not suitable for elderly

Pros:

Great views of ocean and islands. Convenient to town. Good price for decent accommodations. Good service from staff. Clean room and soft bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Small but adequate breakfast buffet. Only drawback is having to climb many stairs and steep paths to get to the hotel lobby and to the elevator before getting to your room. Not a good hotel for people with bad knees or handicaps. A medium quality hotel at a good price.
