Deixaram pra avisar que a tv não estava funcionando e a internet quando fui fazer check
E indicaram o hotel cardum que é do mesmo dono pra pagar mais caro e ainda pediram o número do cartão com o código na hora da reserva e clonaram o cartão agora vamos esperar o boletim de ocorrência para verificação

Pra falar a verdade, não gostei de nada! Pra não falar que não gostei de nada, deu pra dormir e só!

Cons:

A TV não pegou. Sinal ruim! Wifi não teve um sequer momento. O banheiro (quarto individual 101) cheirou esgoto, estacionamento e café da manhã pago a parte e não incluso na diária. Localização horrível numa rua sem saida enfim, uma experiência muito ruim mesmo!

o atendimento dos colaboradores. Excelente!

Cons:

o prédio é antigo. Meu quarto tinha a parede com infiltração e o chuveiro ficava oscilando a temperatura. Não tinha toalhas de rosto e o cobertor estava muito fedido. Desisti de usar a TV, pq era muito lenta para mudar de canais. O barulho da rua é bem intenso e na reserva eu coloquei que precisava ser perto do Parque das águas e era 11 minutos do parque.

A localização é excelente, a maioria dos funcionários são educados e prestativos, possui uma diária razoável.

Cons:

O hotel tem nenhuma área de conveniência, não disponibiliza uma área que tenha acesso a um micro-ondas para aquecimento de água, leite ou comida, não possui bebedouro que acho importante para pessoas que passarão períodos maiores no hotel.
