Não adianta ter ótimas instalações, se no final o funcionário no Check out é grosso despreparado e mal educado, o hotel é excelente mas o funcionário Vinícius claramente é despreparado pra função, zero empatia, zero preparo, e pelo o que eu conversei inclusive com outros hóspedes e pessoal do Valet, é recorrente essa atitude dele… lamentável um ótimo hotel, mas que coloca tudo a perder por falta de gestão de pessoas.

Após a estadia quando chegamos em casa notamos que a gravata do meu namorado havia ficado no hotel.

Após a estadia quando chegamos em casa notamos que a gravata do meu namorado havia ficado no hotel. Ligamos no hotel no mesmo dia e falaram que iriam verificar e nos retornavam.
No outro dia nenhuma retorno então ligamos pela manhã e nenhuma reposta. Depois ligamos na parte da tarde e falaram que não encontraram nada no quarto.
Temos vídeos saindo da festa em que ele estava com a gravata e as filmagens do próprio hotel que também podem comprovar isso
Muito triste a falta de boa vontade deles em resolver o nosso problema, o que nos causou um prejuízo pois a gravata era alugada e pagamos multa.
Não recomendo o hotel

O hotel não estava cheio e pedi pra anteciparem minha entrada e disseram que não podiam! Sei que entrada só as 14 mas não fizeram questão nenhuma de tentar atender ao meu pedido e não foram agradáveis na forma como negaram meu pedido!
