- Ambiente aconchegante
- Iluminação do banheiro que possui 2 luzes sendo uma branca e a outra verde, trazendo uma sensação de relaxamento
- Chuveiro estava excelente com relação a pressão da água e temperatura.
- Ambiente limpo e organizado
- Uma das coisas mais simples, mas muito bacana, foi o hotel disponilizar uma água como cortesia.
- Também havia uma chaleira elétrica com duas opções de chá
- O café da manhã estava maravilhoso, várias opções de bebidas, pães e massas, bolos, frutas, sucos e etc...
- Ótima localização, ficamos hospedado no 13° andar

Cons:

Apesar de ser um final de semana e o hotel estava cheio, o tempo de espera na fila para fazer o check-in e o check-out demorou um pouco.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

A cama era muito confortável, o banheiro tem um tamanho bom e o chuveiro bem ok, e o café da manhã tinha bastante variedade. Em resumo, o custo benefício do hotel é muito bom.

Cons:

A tv não tem internet para conectar os streamings nem para espelhar o celular, esse é o unico ponto negativo da estadia.

Cons:

As reservas feiras pelo booking indicam a demanda de documentação da criança, acredito que depois da confirmação da reserva, o próprio hotel deve reforçar que o documento deve ser original ou digital (com autentificarão). Quase desistimos da hospedagem (nós e um segundo casal), perdemos quase duas horas na recepção para conseguir uma assinatura digital via gov (não demoramos a descobrir essa possibilidade). A equipe da recepção indicou que essa situação ocorre varias vezes e não nos orientaram como resolver (tivemos que pesquisar na internet), apenas indicavam que não poderiam realizar o check-in e aceitar a hospedagem.
