Pros:

Booked on Expedia and was told by the hotel that there were no rooms. I don’t have my funds back yet, no communication about resolution, almost got stranded

Pros:

The apartment was very nicely decorated. The appliances were very convenient. The only issue was the bed mattress was extremely hard. We couldn't sleep comfortable.

Pros:

I liked the amenities of the facility and felt secure. I didn’t like that there was maid service unless I asked for it. Shower water was cold and asked many times to have it fixed but no one came to fix it. The washing machine leaked and kitchen sink leaked.
