Fantastic location, clean hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is the normal Turkish cold breakfast buffet. Restaurants and shops all around. Clean room and bathroom. Good quality beds. Little balcony was a bonus.

Cons:

Very noisy restaurant at the back op the restaurant. Went on until early hours of the morning. Sinop is a party city, so if you want rest and quiet, go somewhere else. It didn’t bother us that much.
The bathroom was a mini bathroom. Only area to move around, is the area the door swings open in. Again, the bathroom was ok for two guys.

Pros:

Super zentrale Lage, direkt in der Altstadt. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Abends und Nachts dadurch etwas lauter. Das hat aber kaum gestört, wie haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Nichtraucher - Zimmer ist super sauber, die Einrichtung hübsch, funktional und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer ist klein, bietet aber alles was man sich wünscht. Der kleine Balkon ist toll und erlaubt einen Blick von oben auf die Altstadt und auch auf das Meer. Der Service war erstklassig! Wir konnten auch gut mit der Besitzerin auf Deutsch kommunizieren, das war sehr hilfreich.Wir haben hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge erhalten und wurden immer sehr höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt .
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Buffet ist reichhaltig und bietet sicherlich für jeden Geschmack etwas, Obst, Salate, Oliven, Käse, Ei, Marmelade, Gebäck etc. Kaffe und Tee waren sehr gut.
Das Parken ist direkt vor Ort nicht möglich, aber es gibt einen sicher bewachten Parkplatz direkt in der Nähe beim Pier. Die Kosten werden vom Hotel übernommen. Das war super, denn in Sinop zu parken ist ansonsten fast unmöglich.

Cons:

Leider war die Milch beim Frühstücksbuffet aus und es wurde keine neue bereitgestellt, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Das ist aber wirklich ein winziger Kritikpunkt - ansonsten waren wir rundum mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden sofort wiederkommen.

Pros:

Just a place to stay overnight if you have a reason to be in Sinop. I can't find ANY REASON to drive until Sinop, to be honest.. (Hotel arranges free parking nearby. A liquor shop almost next door. Fresh fruit right. on the corner.)

Cons:

Nobody speaks even a little bit of English, or German or Italian.... so even elementary communication has to be arranged using Google translator.. Really bad hotel WiFi too.

Die auf Booking.com gebuchten Standard-Zimmer (Standard) haben Bilder ausgewiesen, die zu den Deluxe-Zimmern gehören, aber nicht zu den Standard-Zimmern. Daher war die vorgefundene Qualität der Zimmer schechter als die gebuchten. Weil wir getrennte Betten wollten, diese angeblich nicht mehr wegen den Feiertagen verfügbar waren, haben wir eine weitere Klasse schlechteres Zimmer für die erste Nacht erhalten, dafür die zweite Nacht Deluxe-Zimmer. Extrem nervig. Wir wollten nur das, was wir gebucht haben, war aber nicht möglich. Auch extrem laut, da an einer Hauptstraße!

Central, walking distance to everything, great hotel staffs
Pros:

We were %100 satisfied with Hotel 57. That was our first visit to Sinop and they went beyond the call and started to help us by navigating the transportation options in Sinop before our arrival. That is a cute city, people were lovely and the hotel was central to everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast was quite nutritious. The best fish restaurant was one street far away, the coast is 30 second walk from the hotel, and our room view was historical Sinop castle walls which was quite romantic especially at the evenings. Only once, we used a bus to go Hamsilos, that was located out of the city. The rest were just walking distance from the Hotel. Hot shower was adjustable till boiling temperature, and thanks to that, Sinop's cold weather didn't make us sick. When our return bus was cancelled by Kamil Koç Turism without any reason. We had to wait many more hours till late evening and they kindly kept our luggages and offered delicious coffee. The hotel owner is lucky to have such employees such as Rıza, Görkem, Nurcan, Nurdan and so on. Many thanks to all of them. These kind of Hotel should be supported more by local government to promote the tourism of Sinop.

Cons:

I honestly tried to find something to criticize, but I could not find anything I did not like. The only thing I could possibly complain about is Sinop’s unpredictable weather, which is, of course, beyond the hotel’s control. :)
