Cons:

Quarto com cheiro de mofo… o aparelho de conectar os canais estava em cima da TV e despencou em cima da bancada … o banheiro muito velho, a tampa do vaso deslocada e solta… o armário com cheiro de mofo e paredes descascadas…

O quarto está caindo os pedaços, controle remoto da TV não funciona, chuveiro vazando, descarga com barulho no encanamento, vazamento no vaso, o chuveiro mais da metade da água vai na parede. Lamentável
