Le verdad es que el hotel ya está en pésimas condiciones lamentablemente, después de haber sido uno de los mejores hoteles en Zamora, la pantalla no encendió nunca, no hay teléfono en el cuarto para comunicarse con la recepción, el baño en pésimas condiciones y el aseo no se diga, así como de la habitación; lo único rescatable es que el personal es muy amable. Me dejé llevar por la fama que tenía el hotel y que aún lo publican como de 4 estrellas, pero pues no. No volveremos.
Es creo que el peor hotel donde me he hospedado sucio y lleno de sancudos no volvería ni por que fuera de gratis

Es un hotel que necesita renovar sus baños , seria bueno que instalen paneles solares en todo el techo esto les podra permitir ahorrar en luz para invetir en la infraestructura del mismo hotel . mejorar el restaurant la alberca en fin necesita actualizarse .Muy mal el servicio de internet tiene repetidoras que no sirven .
Instalaciones anticuadas, cama de ropa muy desgastada, baño terrible. Necesita remodelación urgente. El personal trato amable.

EL HOTEL ESTÁ SEMIDESTRUÍDO, HAY PROBLEMAS CON EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y LA TELEVISIÓN, ESTÁ MUY SUCIO Y DESCUIDADO
The staff was friendly, the facility was not like advertised. No air conditioning, bugs in the room , pool was a beautiful shade of green , if I was a frog I would have loved it .
Muy buen servicio en general, sobre todo en el restaurant, el hotel es antiguo, pero cómodo, solo el detalle de las toallas, estaban ya muy raídas y eso da muy mala imagen, fuera de eso, todo bien.

El hotel está muy descuidado, le falta una manita de gato a todo, tienen que remodelarlo y evitar el deterioro del mismo por el momento no lo recomendaría.
No funciona el restaurante, las habitaciones bonitas frente a la alberca no funcionan, la persona de la recepción con mal aspecto físico. Tuve que cancelar mi reserva
Pero lo peor es que no dicen que el hotel está muy mal y descuidado además de caro para lo que ofrece
Lo único que vale la pena del hotel es su jardin y su alberca, es una lastima llego a ser el mejor hotel de Zamora, pero no lo han modernizado desde entonces, el mobiliario es el mismo y todavía hay televisión¡¡¡ en las habitaciones, el buffet es pésimo y espere 20 min al llegar al hotel porque la recepción estaba abandonada, el internet pésimo ingredientes de baja calidad, las toallas del cuarto hay que pedirlas a recepción y están raídas.
Da pena decirlo pero este hotel esta condenado a la quiebra, hay hoteles en Zamora que ofrecen mucho mas por el mismo precio o menor , viven de la gloria del pasado¡ Si te gusta lo retro y quieres mostrar a tus hijos como eran los hoteles de hace 30 años, visita el Jerico
El buffet un poco desordenado con poco personal para la atención del usuario
I have stayed at this Hotel ~5x's in the past 8 years. It is now in transition, needs remodeling, facelift, better/faster WiFi. Food was always good but the resto is now closed because of remodeling. Didn't know all the before when booking.... so I went next door to a BRAND new building Hotel, same price that checked the box from a business (cleansiness, newness and WiFi) perspective but Jerico restaurant (was) really good and ambiance is much better.
