Mayab Suites Hotel

Very quick check in, and everything was ready before lunch so we didn’t have to wait until 3:00.

Carnaval weekend with limited street parking in Progreso but the hotel blocked a space for us right at the front door.

Great service

Cleanliness mostly. Staff was nice. Communication with management very good,and cooperation was great.

Lo que me gusto, limpieza, servicios, lo que le falta es que cuente con linea telefónica en el cuarto.

The place was fine but overpriced.
Not many windows but did have a great rooftop with hammocks.
The next to last nigh of three night stay our room was not cleaned.Kitchen was fine but no salt,
Experts was provided.
Such a low price thing to have on hand.
It seems to be just renovated.
Would be nice to see some artwork on the walls!
Front desk was manned 24/7 with just a few rooms. Nice.

Excelente servicio, todo muy limpio, muy muy cómodo y la ubicación igual excelente , y el personal igual muy amable nos ayudaron con la carriola de mi bebé para subir los escalones, de maravilla

Mayab was very clean and the staff was very pleasent
We stayed in unit 4 upstairs and we were pleased to discover a deck with a view.
The town of Progesso is nothing out of the ordinary , if you need to be here the Mayab is a good choice
The beach is two blocks from the hotel and was pleasent

Had a great stay for 5 nights. One block to beach...close to lots of restaurants and facilities. The rooftop open patio is a nice place to sit, have coffee, and have use of 2 hammocks. They could use a notice in English advising use of hot water control in bathroom. We had 3 adults and 3 little boys using 2 suites and everyone enjoyed our stay.

Newly renovated, clean, convenient, close to the beach, Malecon. The staff, Eliakim, Nelly and Andrea were excellent, friendly and helpful. The only thing was not very good that shower head that needs to be fixed.

2 primeras noches sin agua caliente por regaderas electricas que hacia corto y se fundió la luz de todo el Hotel primera noche inventaron un pretexto que pir el aire de la noche el sr que cuida en la noche hace ruidos fuertestoda lo noche con su nariz y escupe fiertemente a cada rato con incomodidades simamente desagradable al final me cobraron 3 horas extras $200 pesos por late check out y como no me daban mi factura no le quise pagar hasta que me la dieran mandaron traer la Policía impresionante la encargda no quiso hablar conmigo porque era su dia libre pero si hablabla con suotro compañero presente en el local no tienen terminal para pagar con tarjeya de credito mil pretextos quede MEGA DESEPCIONADO NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA PÉSIMO
