Wonderful Experience and amazing hospitality
Pros:

Had a really good experience at Leela palace Jaipur, The hospitality and the atmosphere is really good. Special thanks to Mr Ravindra and Ms. Ragini for guiding us through out and making our stay so comfortable and welcoming.

Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
Pros:

Just the location which is okayish being a but away from the city.

Cons:

Flies everywhere - flies sat on our food when we were having breakfast outdoors. Too many flies.

There was some event at their lawns and there was chaos at the property. Our dinner at the rooftop restaurant was ruined because of non stop loudspeaker noise from the front porch for event attendees’ transportation announcements.

We had called before booking to ensure there was no event / wedding scheduled and we were lied to. There was a massive private event with almost a thousand guests. We would have never booked a stay had they been honest about an event of this scale.


Housekeeping staff came into the room without knocking while we were inside.

It took the staff 15 minutes just to bring the menu at the rooftop restaurant. No staff was present at the check in desk for table allocation.

The valet parked our car outside the property on a dusty road.

Incredible
Pros:

Loved the place, vibes and people. Specially the cocktail and the food. Being vegetarian and with Asia cuisine, it was a surprise how delicious the food was.

Jamavar restaurant is stunning
Pros:

Jamavar delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The flavors were refined and beautifully presented — every dish felt thoughtful. Our server Nikita truly stood out, proactively walking us through the menu and even circling back a second time to make sure we understood each dish. That kind of attentiveness makes all the difference. A must-visit when staying at The Leela Palace Jaipur. We’ll be back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Over it was a wonderful stay.. Apart from the points me mentioned above.
Pros:

The property it self is fabulous. The cleaning and the house keeping staff are simple the best.. I think they receive the highest praise for making the stay memorable.
The driver who took us around Ramesh was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took us around in Jaipur and made sure to take care of all our needs such as shopping and sight seeing. We would like to have Ramesh as our driver whenever we are back in Jaipur Leelas.

Cons:

The food was not one of the best… The traditional dishes were to westernised which took away the authenticity.
Also to Mention the food at Jamavar was not at all up to the standard, the serving staff was very dis-organised and confused.. Seemed like they constantly were in a hurry.. The food failed to justify the restaurant.

良くも悪くも非常にインドらしい経験が出来ました。
Pros:

シタールやタブラなどの生演奏や生花によるフラワーシャワーなどのイベントが盛りだくさんでインドらしさを感じるっことが出来ました。食事（朝食、夕食）は通常のインド食（北インドおよび南インド系）でしたが、おいしかったです。夕食をビュッフェではなくメニューで注文しましたが、前菜や食後の飲み物など、メニュー外でいろいろとサービスしていただきました。内装については、ベッドおよび枕の感触・肌ざわり等が非常に良かったです。よく眠れました。

Cons:

ホテル自体の良し悪しではありませんが、車の手配に苦労しました。基本的にUberでタクシーを呼んだのですが、個別契約に変更するように強制されます。フロントボーイにヘルプを依頼しましたが、フロントボーイからも「Uberの値段は安すぎる」とタクシーを擁護するコメントがありました。タクシーとフロントボーイは顔見知りのようなので、もしかすると、カルテルが成立しているのかもしれません。UberやOlaの値段の３倍ぐらいを提示されましたが、フライトの時間もあり、仕方なく個別契約に切り替えました。インドではよくあることだと思いますが、かなりストレスを感じるので覚悟された方が良いと思います。
