The property itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and reflects the grandeur and elegance that Jaipur is known for. Every area of the hotel is thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and managed to the highest standards. The rooms, facilities, dining experience, and overall ambiance created a memorable luxury experience for our family.

What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding service provided by the entire team. The staff consistently demonstrated a remarkable level of hospitality, courtesy, and dedication. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, making our stay comfortable and effortless.

A special mention goes to the Hotel Manager, Ms. Ragini, whose leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction were clearly evident. She was approachable, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. In the service industry, it is rare to find someone who combines professionalism, efficiency, and personal warmth so seamlessly.

Exceptional Staycation
Pros:

The place is exceptional. We went for a two days staycation, stayed inside the property for two days, relaxed and indulged ourself into many activities, like pottery & block printing, that the hotel offers. Our floor butler Mr Dev was super courteous & helpful. Overall all of the staff members are extremely polite & friendly. Can not wait to go back.

​I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding experience my family and I had during our recent stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur. The property is undeniably stunning, but it was the exceptional warmth and dedication of your team that made our visit truly unforgettable.

​We spent a wonderful time at the Aravalli Dining Room, where the hospitality was nothing short of world-class. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ajay Sengar, the Restaurant Manager. His meticulous attention to detail, grace, and impeccable leadership ensured that every meal was a seamless, delightful experience.

​We were equally impressed by Chef Rohit, whose culinary expertise brought every dish to life. The flavors were extraordinary, and the care he put into crafting our meals made us feel incredibly valued as guests.

​Lastly, our mornings were made absolutely magical by Mr. Hemant, the live flute player. His beautiful melodies provided the perfect, serene soundtrack to our mornings and added a deeply authentic, soulful touch to the palace atmosphere.

The flute , sitar and table adds a good exp for us .

I would like to share my review and experience at breakfast where i enjoyed Hemant the flute guy and with that I have also enjoyed the sitar and tabla guys at pool dec .
They have enhanced our exp. and give us a good time at our breakfast time .
