The food preferences should have adhered to in a more serious way, although everything else was exceptional.
A little more adjustment in the food preperation and choices, more flexibility towards allergy patients and those sensitive towards spicyness.
Un peu étonnés au départ par les multiples attentions du personnel. Étonnés aussi par le décor de la chambre, très ouvragée par divers corps d’artisans locaux : marbres, meuble en palissandre, luminaires… Tout cela mérite un peu de temps d’habituation mais est très dépaysant et agréable. La piscine est top. La restauration? Il faut prendre le temps de lire la carte, elle est très large et il y a plusieurs restaurants.
Les prix absurdes des vins. On sait qu’il y a des taxes importantes en Inde sur les vins importés et à ce titre la belle hôtellerie devrait être raisonnable sur ses coefficients.
Les wc qui manquent un peu d’intimité.
Leela Palace is amazing. We had an easy and relaxing stay in this beautiful palace. Staff were so helpful, especially Adnan, Jitansh and Paulhuni. They were very responsive and so kind to us and our active toddler. Faculties were lovely, our room was comfortable, very clean and stunning. Highly recommend to stay if you can!
The venue across the road holds weddings and celebrations. Noise can travel at night but I am a light sleeper, so it didn’t bother my hubby and son. Staff were also responsive and tried their best in managing this issue.

De rust in een prachtige omgeving. Geweldig eten, mooie kamers, schoon, prachtig zwembad ( niet verwarmd maar voor Nederlanders als snel warm genoeg 😉)
Kortom: ben je in Jaipur en wil je even tot rust komen? Sla dit hotel niet over!!

From the moment we arrived at The Leela Palace Jaipur, we were treated like royalty. The welcome was spectacular—traditional music and dancing accompanied by a shower of fresh rose petals. It was the perfect introduction to a truly luxurious stay.
The Ambiance: The hotel is stunning, and the rooms are beautifully appointed. A special mention must go to the signature fragrance that wafts throughout the property; it creates such a sophisticated and calming atmosphere.
The Service (World-Class): The staff here are the heart of the palace. We were blown away by the attentive service from all staff, including:
Suman & Kasyap in the main bar – Incredible hospitality and drinks.
Ankit (Restaurant Manager), Praveen, and Rohit in the main restaurant – They made every meal a delight.
Parvati & Shispal – Their humble and dedicated service keeping the washrooms and associated areas pristine did not go unnoticed.
We also dined at Jamavar. As India’s only electricity-free restaurant, the candlelit setting provided a unique and fantastic culinary journey. The food and atmosphere are second to none.
New Year’s Eve: The NYE gala was a masterclass in luxury. The food selection was massive, the drinks were premium, and the live entertainment/after-party kept the energy high all night. It was an unforgettable, high-end experience.
If you are looking for the pinnacle of Rajasthani hospitality, this is it. We can't wait to return!

Questo hotel è perfezione, classe, magnificenza. Gli spazi comuni sono inondati di composizioni floreali incredibili, il profumo si diffonde in tutto l’hotel. Quando arrivi ti accolgono con una pioggia di petali di rose rosse. Ristorante a bordo piscina con musica dal vivo, al lume di candela. Le camere sono di varie tipologie, noi avevamo una suite con terrazza privata, ma alcune hanno anche la piscina privata. Il personale è il non plus ultra della professionalità e gentilezza.
Colazione a buffet magnifica, con piatti indiani di varie zone dell’India e internazionali.
Prezzo alto ma allineato a tutto ciò che l’hotel offre. La migliore esperienza in India!

Very nice clean
Excellent staff especially Nandini and Akshat took care of us 24/7 with all our meals and other in-room service requests. They always delivered it with a bright smile on their face. The food was excellent, all the staff at every hotel within the property, treated us like royalty. The entire facility was cleaned regularly to make you feel like you are in a paradise. finally, during check out, the floor managers (Lalit Kumar) and the young lady (couldn't get her name), helped without the checkout and clarified you line items with customer centric approach in mind. Overall great experience
There is nothing that we didnt like. But if I have to be picky, I would say, that if Leela palace had the facility for guests to dress up as local Rajasthani people and take pictures, it would have been great.
