Overall was a good stay, will be back.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk, unfortunately i did not get her name, she was really helpful and very responsible . She was on duty at the front desk on the 28/11 and she was also on duty at the ADD during breakfast on the 29/11.
Was not able to said thank you and get her name during my check out as she was not on duty on the 30/11.
Hope to get her name .

Cons:

House keeping need to be more attentive. for 2 days in a row, the amenities was not fully refilled.

The breakfast and the room size was good, including the location for us.t

Cons:

The cleanliness was not up to the standard. Our bathroom curtains had stains and looked like it has not been changed in ages. The staff weren't friendly. Really hated the fact that we had to buy something to stay in the business centre (especially as a guest) even though it was literally empty. Another instance, we had our package delivered to the reception, when we later received it, it had food in the bad like someone was eating something and left it in our package. Quite disgusting!

Does not meet Marriott standards
Cons:

We will not be returning!
This property certainly did not meet Marriott standards and a 4-star rating.

The listing shows this property has a restaurant, however on arrival we were told it was closed for dinners.

We were then told there was no room service, for then another staff to confirm there was. However food took 1h20m to come when it stated 40 mins max.

My colleagues bathroom floor has rust stain which looked like large blood puddles on the floor. An extremely unpleasant feeling in the bathroom. There was also black hair IN the towel and all over the carpet floor of both our rooms, as if it had never been vacuumed for weeks.

Breakfast resulted in our food being taken away 3 times before we could even sit down to eat it, as we tried to get replacement food each time from the buffet.

For a Marriott property, and a self-rated “4 star”, these issues are certainly below Marriott standards and they should take note of this.
