Pros:

Handrails in shower. Comfortable bed.

Worst room ever

Toilet not filling up because seal was bad in tank. I told staff and they said I told we fixed all those. There was a seal missing from bottom of shower door so every time you took a shower it flooded the floor. I told the staff got the same reply. Felt like they knew about these problems but didn't care enough to fix them . Worst room I stayed at in years

Clean rooms but service lacking.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking. The front desk staff member was difficult to converse with and he tried to charge me, even though I had already paid on Booking. He needs more training on how not to try and charge someone, even though I showed proof I had already paid. It was a mess.
