Ресторан на крыше - тоже плюс. К сожалению, верхний этаж на уровне крон деревьев и интересных фотографий не сделать.
Нет горячей воды!!!! Оставались три дня - горячей воды не было ни одного дня - ни утром , ни вечером. Вероятно предплогается что на улице жарко и можно мыться в прохладной. Сначала привыкаешь к прохладной воде, потом в ней моешься. Это совсем не нормально!!!
Wi-Fi нормально работает в зоне рецепшена. Этажом выше (в номере) - почти нет, в ресторане на крыше - нет совсем!
Прекрасный отель, очень красивый номер, прекрасный завтрак. Прекрасно организовали трансфер до Мандалая.

Breakfast was good, no power outages, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom was a little outdated and the terrace on the roof is not that nice as in the pictures, but these were not reasons to score the property less

Персонал супер отзывчивый. Помогли с бронированиями гида с тук-туком по городу, он просто умница + помогли купить билеты на автобус до Янгона. Заселили пораньше, завтраки вкусные.

Great stay overall. Friendly, helpful, informative staff. Very nice room, 24hr tea/coffee, clean, comfortable, generator on site for power outages. Most amenities on-site -- e-bike rental, taxi hire, information, etc.
Booking exchange rate calculator is terrible -- confirm local currency rate before booking or pay in dollars
Beautiful spot, excellent breakfast, nice pool and wonderful staff. They also have a generator running almost all the time.
The view from the roof is nice, however the views aren’t of pagodas. They also didn’t have wine.
The roof terrace is the best asset, but there are no views of the river or stupas. The breakfast is pretty decent, and the people working there, and in the frontdesk are polite and serviceminded.
Not so impressed by the room or the bed, or even hotel location. Internet is horrible, but parts of Myanmar struggle with that. Also frequently power outages is common.
The Bagan area is amazing to explore, I did it on an electric scooter, and a balloon. Consider if you want to stay in new Bagan or old Bagan is my best tip.

Staff are absolutely lovely and couldn't be more helpful.
Location is great, Began is a large area so retail of electricic bike strongly recommended - the hotel staff arrange this for you at a good price.
Hotel is really pretty and full of plants and mynmar relics.
Breakfast each morning is excellent - they will make you fresh French toast and eggs if you ask, elsewise the buffet has a good local range.
Also used the hotel restaurant and spa - both highly recommended.
Bonus this place has a swimming pool to cool off and relax
Liked everything but a couple pieces of advise:
Would recommend those staying to pay in USD as the exchange rate is poor in mynmar (3500 to 1USD).
Properties in the area suffer with regular power cuts so make sure to charge things over night
Beautiful hotel. We liked roof top café and also breakfasts on the roof top. Staff was great and very helpful, they tried to help in every question.
Until the weekend they had some problems with kitchen: almost nothing from the menu was available. The hotisnis in New Bagan and it's pretty far from (about 15 min. on TukTuk) from some bars and cafes with life music etc.
Also rooms bathrooms wasn't very clean.
