Pros:

La literie est confortable. L'emplacement est top.

Cons:

L'humidité et l'odeur de la chambre dès le premier jour. La moquette au sol rend les chaussettes blanches noires, sale. La chambre n'est jamais nettoyée pendant le séjour donc si on restait 2 semaines ça n'aurait pas été nettoyé pendant 2 semaines.

For a first time in Kyoto, this hotel was well located and within walking distance to most things
Pros:

The hotel staff were very welcoming and we were able to check in a little before the official time which was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable. It was quiet and in a very good location for walking or getting a bus (at the front door) to locations we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr Zentral gelegen
Zimmer sauber und Betten sind gut
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Kein Raucherbereich im Hotel, was bei Buchung noch angegeben war und in dem Gebiet sehr wenige Möglichkeiten zum Rauchen gibt

Kamer werd snel warm en ligt aan een mega drukke weg, dus ik had veel last van het verkeer. Met oordoppen moeten slapen.

Da es direkt an der Hauptstraße lag, war es etwas lauter. Straßenlärm.

Molto comoda la posizione e in generale, una buona sistemazione per un breve periodo
Pros:

La struttura ha una parte dedicata al self-service per acqua, tè e caffè con anche un piccolo microonde. Molto apprezzato.

Cons:

La stanza è veramente molto piccola, però chiaramente sono degli standard giapponesi. Ciò che mi ha creato un po’ di difficoltà e il fatto di non poter aprire le finestre, perché i vetri sono fissi. Però la stanza è dotata di depuratore d’aria.

Pros:

This was the best hotel we stayed in Japan! Room was spacious and it had nice view, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location also. Hotel staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back again, can't recommend it enough!!

Pros:

Staff was super nice and location to Gion was great. Not too far of a walk. I loved all the windows in the room! Heat and a/c worked great. Bring an extra card to leave in the slot so air stays on. They also have a dehumidifier (and air freshener i think).. Turned it on for white noise. Hot water kettle in the room. Instance coffee in the lobby with cream and sugar packets and a microwave. And umbrellas free to use.

Cons:

I was in room 703. The frig didn't cool very well and they didn't have another to replace it so be aware. (Yogurts came out runny. Drinks just cool.) The bed was very firm. No closet, only 3 hangers on the wall. Two storage drawers with a safe under the bed. Traffic noise can get loud on the weekends. You can forward your luggage but the service they use didn't include my Tokyo hotel. The staff couldn't help me further, suggested i take my luggage to the 7 -11. (I found a service two blocks away.) The hotel building needs a bit of updating, paint, carpets replaced.
