Beautiful night view and cozy room for a good price.
Pros:

We liked the location as it was only 10 minutes from the shopping center of Kyoto.
The room was amazing from the eigth floor with all the windows and we were provided a heater and a dehumidifier.
The staff was friendly and helpful, umbrellas were provided, a coffee machine was in the lobby where you could sit and work or relax with a laptop.
We loved our stay here.

Cons:

The room didn't have a window that could be opened in any way and the windows were immedeately damped after two people showered or took a hot bath. The dehumidifer helped but the air still felt a bit heavy.
WiFi was also very difficult because we were at the highest floor and it appears as if the router is in the lobby, so we couldn't access it, which was very unfortunate.

a better place for a budget traveler
Pros:

it’s value for money hotel. accessible by public bus and walking distance to shopping areas and Nishiki market. konbini store, restos and few bars nearby. or walk towards Kawaramachi Shijo for more options of bars, restos and shopping.

Cons:

apart from sleeping and taking shower, i spent most of my time outside.

Pros:

離兩個車站都有一點小距離 但還算近，大廳有提供飲水機，對面還有自助洗衣店，也有提供換洗毛巾、行李寄放，工作人員英文很好，現場會收取稅金（只能現金）

Great location, lovely staff, but facilities might need a little more TLC

The windows were drafty and hadn’t been cleaned properly, the black carpet felt quite run down and dirty.

Very pleasant stay. Value for money.
Pros:

Very convenient location that is out from the very busy Kyoto central area. Yet it is just a short walk from it. Very clean. Bus stop is right in front of it and connects you to many places-of- interest.

Cons:

Room was a bit tight for two people.

Great location + great views of Kyoto!

Cons:

Luggage forwarding service was not available at the hotel front desk, we had to go to convenience store instead. Was not a big deal but could be improved.

Pros:

위치는 좋았습니다. 하지만 객실은 금연이고 호텔 내엔 흡연실이 없기 때문에 흡연을 위해서는 매번 5~7분 정도 거리의 훼밀리마트 앞 까지 가야했습니다.
객실의 인테리어는 몹시 환상적이었습니다.
침대에서 조절할 수 있는 전등 또한 몹시 좋았습니다
화장실도 이뻣어요.

Cons:

다른 곳도 그런 곳은 많지만 별도로 신발장이 없습니다
한국인으로서, 또 위생을 신경 많이 쓰는 저로서는 불편한 부분이었어요
객실 내부엔 창문이 없습니다. 환기를 시킬 수가 없어요
호텔 침대엔 먼지가 가득합니다. 한번 펄럭이면 겉잡을 수 없을 정도로 먼지가 많이 나오는데 먼지를 배출할 창문이 없습니다
3일 연박을 했는데 별도의 청소서비스는 없는걸로 되어 있었습니다. 청소는 퇴실 때만 해줍니다...

Overall staff were lovely but unfortunately due to the cleanliness issue I wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Staff were lovely and polite. One spoke English very well which helped a lot. The room was nice and big, our biggest out of 4 for the hotels I have stayed at which was lovely

Cons:

Unfortunately the was issues with cleanness, found hairs in the bed, the hotel just stink of wet smelly feet, even our room did. Towels had marks/stains on them.
