Security first

Cons:

As a solo female traveler, safety is extremely important to me, and unfortunately my stay in Heidelberg did not meet that basic expectation.

While there were some positive aspects, such as a clean room and generally kind staff, a very serious incident overshadowed everything else. During the night, someone entered my room without authorization. This was extremely unsettling and completely unacceptable.

I reported the issue, but the experience left me feeling unsafe for the remainder of my stay. Situations like this should never happen, and I strongly believe the property needs to review and improve its security procedures.

I hope management takes this matter seriously to ensure future guests do not have to go through the same experience.

Helaas waren er geen babybedjes meer omdat we laat aankwamen. Dus ook al geef je het aan bij je reservering, het kan zijn dat ze op zijn

Bleibende Qualität über viele Jahre

Nach zwischenzeitlich geschätzten 30 oder mehr Übernachtungen über viele Jahre hinweg bleibt meine Bewertung unverändert. Meine erste Adresse in Bezug auf Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne wieder.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen :-) angefangen vom Service, dem Appartement inkl Nespressomaschine + Kapseln, der umgehenden Rückmeldung bei Fragen, dem tollen Frühstücksangebot und den vielen kleinen Gesten.im Haus.

Gute Lage - nur 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof
Moderne, große Zimmer mit Küchenbereich, großem Bett sowie Dusche und getrenntem WC.
Umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet sowie eine erweiterte Auswahl an warmen Speisen für Abends.
Gemütliche Möblierung auf der Terrasse im Innenhof.

Cons:

Leider nebenan Baustelle für ein neues Hostel, auf der morgens um 6 Uhr begonnen wird mit arbeiten.
