Pros:

Hotels.com sitesi sahtekar ve dolandırıcı.
Anlaşması olamayan bir otelde oda sattı. Bayram günü çocuklarla rezil olduk açıkta kaldık.
Otel yetkilileri bu siteyle hiçbir zaman anlaşma yapmadıklarını ve bu sezon otellerini komple bir firmaya verdiklerini dolayısıyla bu sezonda turizm konusunda oda satışlarının olmadığını söylediler. bizde kapıdan dönmek zorunda kaldık. Hem konaklama yapamadık hemde 800 km yol gidip masraf yaptık.
