The central location, access to everything we wanted to see and experience, very good. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly at all times. Room was well presented generally,
Standard Room was a bit smaller than expected - quite large furniture taking up space (e.g. armchair) but needs a little more storage for a week's clothing for 2 people. Bathroom was very clean, and shower was fine, but needed a deeper clean - even though the shower was clean, the corners looked dirty... could be easily remedied

The location, at the heart of Mahon's cultural center and close to lively streets with dinner options, the breakfast which was very nice, and the comfort of the room. The cleanliness also, which is criteria number 1.
The parking situation if you rent a car is a bit difficult, but this is not linked to the hotel, it's linked to the fact that the old city has very narrow roads and there is simply no space for parking. You can use a temporary parking spot in front of the hotel to unload your car when you arrive though.
