This hotel has good location and a decent-sized Family Room
Pros:

We booked this hotel's Family Room for our family of four (two adults and two kids). This hotel has a great location. It's about two blocks away from the Sultanahmet Square, and in the other direction two blocks away from restaurants. We booked the Family Room which was spacious enough for us. The beds were good and not lumpy.

Cons:

It would work to the advantage of the hotel if they would improve on these two things: bathroom and breakfast. The shower area in the Family Room was a bit too tight. Breakfast consisted of bread slices, jam, cold cuts, boiled eggs, slices of cucumber and tomatoes, plated for each guest. This too could use some improvement.

Harika !
Pros:

Ayasofya, Topkapı Sarayı ve Sultanahmet Meydanı’na sadece 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, konumu mükemmel bir aile oteli. Çalışanların ilgisi, işletmenin profesyonelliği ve odaların konforu gerçekten harikaydı. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.

Bon hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Personnel super accueillant : à mon arrivé ils m’ont proposé thé, café et eau. Ils m’ont aussi fourni un plan de la ville avec des explications détaillées ainsi qu’une carte de transport en commun gratuite !

Quand vous arrivez ou sortez de l’hôtel, il y a toujours quelqu’un pour vous accueillir et demander si vous avez besoin d’aide !

Très bon emplacement (Topkapi, mosquée, galata)

Cons:

J’avais la chambre sous sol, très bien dans l’ensemble mais salle de bain un poil petite.

Pros:

The location and the staff were both exceptional. Topkapi is just around the corner and so are Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. Restaurants are close by. Everything was great. Did run into some plumbing problems and the staff quickly responded and even changed our room immediately so that we did not experience any problems. The staff at this location is probably the best. Especially Bora and Nadir. Ali and Mehmet were also very helpful and the two cleaning ladies Feroza and Nargis kept everything great. We had planned to stay near Taksim on our return to Istanbul but instead booked Genius because it was such a great experience with them. They were even kind enough to look after our luggage while we were gone which allowed us to travel light to other cities. The wifi is moody but I feel wifi is a problem almost everywhere. For the price, the location we got was amazing and the service we got was out of this world. Eyvallah to the staff!!!! Bora you made our stay very comfortable. Thank you.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff are extremely helpful (especially Bora) always ready to assist and provide useful information about the city, its gastronomic offerings, and anything else we were interested in

Cons:

The hotel is located in the old part of the city, so it has a distinctive smell. The breakfast is fine, but it is served in a very cramped area where it is cold. Although the staff turn on a heater, it doesn’t really make much difference.

Pros:

Clean, and location is perfect - 5 mins away from the aya sophia and sultan mehmet mosque, alot of restaurants nearby and has a 24/7 store close by too. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. They arrange day tours and help with private tours as well.

Great value in the middle of the action, with great service, and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The price was very reasonable, the location was fantastic (near all the major sights, but on a side street so not too loud), with amazing service (and 24/7). Plenty of towels and toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner) provided also helps.

Cons:

Not a negative by any means, but be aware that the hotel is narrow and tall, so if you have mobility issues, you may want to request a room on a lower floor. It may also be a hassle if you have heavy luggage.
