Not so great!
Pros:

I liked the size of the room but that was about it.

Cons:

The reception could be friendlier; no mention of breakfast process (not included in the price). The location is not great but at least walking distance to the metro & to rike park (if you manage to find a proper route). I was scared walking to my hotel at night. Surrounding buildings are falling apart. No bottled water in the room. They mentioned I had a balcony with a view of the city - the view was of electricity cables and broken buildings. I did not even want to open the curtains.

If I were to come back, it would be my first choice :)
Pros:

Everything was wonderful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the hospitality was excellent. Thank you for everything. Mr. Zurab even saw us off early in the morning when we were leaving. Mr. Vaxtang was also very attentive and helpful.

It was a great stay overall.
Pros:

Host is great and very friendly. He even provided his metro card to us. Location is very near to Avlabari metro and Holy Trinity Church. Room is decent size and clean. Bathroom is also clean

Cons:

Room could be bigger. No elevator

A clean, welcoming hotel with kind staff who made my visit to Georgia truly unforgettable.
Pros:

I really appreciated the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was lovely, but what stood out most was how clean and well-kept the hotel was. Pros:

メトロから近く、屋上からの眺めも素晴らしいです。合計6泊しましたが、部屋も毎日綺麗に掃除されていました。何よりスタッフの方々の人柄が最高です。毎朝、毎晩笑顔で出迎えてくれました。何か困ったことがあると、こちらがお願いする前に気づいて、助けてくれました。またジョージアに行くことがあれば、こちらに泊まりたいです。

Great location and very clean room – ideal for short stays!
Pros:

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the metro station and very close to a SPAR supermarket, which was super convenient. The host was very polite and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable — perfect for a few nights’ stay.

Cons:

However, the soundproofing was basically non-existent. There was a lot of noise from other guests, including doors slamming and voices in the hallway. The neighborhood felt a bit odd if you weren’t coming from the main road, and there was a strong, unusual smell in the room — not dirty, just very intense.
