Good location with good facilities and helpful staff.
Pros:

For our short stay in Milan it was in a good location with good facilities and very clean. The onsite concierge was very helpful with requests and organising bookings and transport for us.

Great location for a short stay.
Pros:

Good size overall and a balcony. The kitchenette was very useful and the bottle of prosecco a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. Great location, near to the metro and piazza duomo. There is a grocery store very close by. I liked the lift:)

Cons:

Only a minor thing but the aircon. wasn't available (too early in the season?) and it was quite warm the first night.

Indimenticabile
Pros:

La camera era molto grande e confortevole, con angolo bar ed un bagno pulito e grande. La posizione in pieno centro e soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità dell’addetto alla reception eccezionale.

Très bon établissement
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, propreté irréprochable et personnel aux petits soins

Cons:

L'expérience client de l'arrivée : les appartements se situent au 4eme étage d'un immeuble occupé essentiellement par des bureaux mais ce n'est pas gênant. Peut-être faudrait-il améliorer la signalétique

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Der Dom ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt sowie Cafes und Restaurants.
Personal ist sehr freundlich.
