Cons:

Tive uma pequena reunião com a representante do Conselho regional de Biblioteconomia 8ª Região da cidade de São José do Rio Preto na recepção , pois o hotel não permite que visitantes subam nos quartos.
Tive de descer com meu notebook para reunião e não tivemos privacidade por ficarmos expostas na recepção.

Pros:

Cordialidade dos funcionários, café da manhã com variedades, cama confortável.

Cons:

Por ter instalações antigas, necessita de manutenção, a exemplo da porta do banheiro do quarto em que fiquei, estava um pouco empenada e havia um vazamento no vaso sanitário que molhava o banheiro. Os cobertores também precisam ser lavados a cada troca de hóspedes, independente do uso. Estava com cheiro de que estavam guardados há muito tempo. No mais, não tenho do que reclamar.
