The ladies at the reception were kind and helpful. It is a clean, decent and simple place for a short stay. I enjoyed my night.

Fair price, very friendly and helpful reception staff. But our room had a bad drains smell, and the WiFi was not working in our room. Not the worst place I’ve stayed, but I won’t be staying again

The property was located in a quiet area of the city and was clean

My main problem was cleanliness the bed sheets look like they had not been changed in ages there was yellow stains all over the toper and it was just not nice ive took pictures of it all cuz it was not nice at all

For the price you can’t complain it’s a bed a roof heating tv hot shower what more can you ask for?

Service on reception was great, couldn’t do enough for me. Room was very hot but it was a very hot day

Checked in early evening, receptionist was friendly and advised that the hotel is only manned between certain hours (3pm to 11pm I think).

Room was fairly clean if a little worn. Bed was ok, mattress was too soft and pillows not particularly thick. Room was very warm but a fan was provided for cooling which was much needed.

The real problem hit in the morning when I attempted to have a shower. The water was scalding hot. After messing with it for a good 10 minutes I learned that I could only make it hotter, not colder. It was so hot that I couldn’t even splash myself with it to have a decent wash. Called reception and they were closed - obviously, nobody works here outside of check in hours.

Complained to both the hotel and hotels.com and asked to be refunded/compensated for the inconvenience but was fobbed off.

Room was very clean, bathroom was very small but it had a really good shower.

Staff are really friendly and very helpful rooms are lovely and clean and beds are very comfortable supplied with plenty of fresh towels and room for all your belongings and the restaurant has amazing food lots of choice and good value for money and cooked fresh this is my 3rd visit and will continue to stay

Just a basic hotel for a cheap stay, room was clean enough, reception ser ice was excellent

It’s a nice enough hotel, but not suited for people without a car It’s 2 + km. from the train station & and a long walk to town for restaurants.There is a small cafe next door with coffee , burgers & Indian Rice . No wi-fi in up stairs room.
