Value for money. You certainly get more than what you paid
Pros:

Good location - easy access to transportation as it is located along the highway (Not near the beach though contrary to what was published). Spacious room.

Cons:

Some areas are not clean

Well built hotel.
I loved lighting in the room.
Nice big room with a nice view.
Bed and pillows very comfy.

Cons:

Reception desk was far from the entrance. No one looks out for new customers coming in. No one to help with luggage or welcome the guests. Many times no one was working in the cafe.

Pros:

Size of the room was impressive. View of the sea was good too. Location was not too bad, with lots of Korean eateries around.

Cons:

The pool was strangely "desserted" with no one tending to it, no pool towels for guests to use. The breakfast was below expectation, with some dishes being cold.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Spacious quiet room with two comfortable beds. Powerful hot shower. Lots of asian options for breakfast and an ok amount for us westerners - we had limited fruit, cornflakes and toast and jam. There was also eggs/omlettes. Some things rotate - one day there was chips, another day yogurt another day bacon etc. Very big indoor swimming pool with towels and it's own showers and changing room. Good A/C. 10 mins walk to the beach.

Cons:

Shower leaked a bit onto bathroom floor. Immediate surroundings of the hotel is wasteland. Wifi lagged when streaming.

Pros:

The hotel is clean and beautiful, with rooms more spacious than other 4-star hotels I've stayed in. There's an indoor pool, but unfortunately, the weather was a bit cold, so I couldn't enjoy it. The breakfast had many delicious options; I was too full to eat anything else. If I have the chance to return to Da Nang, I will stay here again because it's affordable and the surrounding area is spacious with views from every angle.

My Khe ビーチに近く、海が見えます。朝日はとても綺麗です。（海とホテルとの間に建設中の建物があるのが少し残念）
部屋は清潔で広く明るい雰囲気です。
