Pros:

Proses check-in yang memakan waktu hampir 1 jam membuat saya kecewa. Selain itu ac di lobby yang panas membuat proses check in yang lama tadi semakin tidak nyaman. Semoga pihak hotel dapat memperbaiki pelayanan dengan cara menambah staff resepsionis.

Pros:

AC panas dan di laporkan susah dpt tanggapan butuh Wkt 1.5 jam dan dilaporkan 4x baru ditanggapi dan pindah kamar, tidak ada upaya mendatangi mengecek kondisi AC yg dilaporkan. Kemudian di kamar disiapkan 2 botol minuman mineral yg kondisinya 1 botol isinya Sudah separuh (kemungkinan Sdh Di minum)
