The room was very spacious, very comfy bed, facilities are superb and you will get high quality customer service from the staff.
Gym could be updated but does the job - breakfast could have more options but I understand it need to satisfy people from this part of the world not only westerners. It was well cooked anyway

The family room is spacious for my family of 4, it has two double beds, and able to put three luggages and still spacious. The location is near to restaurants, coffee kiosks and Paris baguette, it's also very near to city hall subway station. The hotel provides bottled water and have a water dispenser at level 4 to refill water bottles.
Hotel doesn't provide toothbrush, sells them at 1,000 won each.

- Sometimes it was a little unclear when the lifts would arrive as they don’t show the floor they are on when coming
- When people are being loud in the corridor (texting with sound, talking), it can be heard in the room - but no noise from other rooms

The staff were very helpful at the hotel, we arrived after a long travel day and had asked for an early check in but was told online before arrival it wasn’t an option. When we checked in they managed to accommodate us and give us a room straight away which was clean and close to reception.
The shower leaked out a little onto the towel when running but it didn’t affect us so was still a great stay.
We booked the presidential suite for a family of 7. 3 kids, 2 seniors and 2 adults. The presidential suite was very comfortable for our group with amenities like washing/drying machine, kitchen set up, tromm styler (clothes freshener), etc. Location was very convenient with nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, etc. Will definitely recommend.
Rooms were well appointed and staff were attentive and worked to make our trip a success.
We had specifically chosen a kitchen unit with the though that with a toddler and a larger group we could make breakfasts. However, there were no basic utensils provided for the unit. When we first asked for dishwashing soap, washing machine soap, knive and cutting board, washing cloth and other basic things you would expect when paying for a kitchen unit, we were told that there is a nearby Diso and we can find that sort of thing there. After expressing our amasement, the staff then provided the items we needed. However it took 2 of the 4 days we had booked for this to happen and we indeed did make a trip to Diso to buy what was needed before the hotel finally took action.
