I had a wonderful stay and will be back.
Pros:

It had everything you need at the hotel. Laundry on site too for a small fee and close to Public transportations. The customer service was great. All of them were helpful and even helped with luggage. The room was comfortable and big for Seoul area.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum, vieles zu Fuss erreichbar
Zimmerausstattung sehr gut, sauber
Regenschirme wurden uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt
Gibt eine Waschmaschine, 5000won

Cons:

Fitnessraum ist eine Katastrophe!!!! 2 Fahrräder welche defekt sind! Sonst 2 Laufbänder und ein paar Hanteln.

Comfy beds is the best.
Pros:

Best sleep of our 2 weeks away in Japan and our 1 night in Korea on the way home….pro: Breakfast was good! We only stayed one night. Had cereal for kiddos and lots of bread. Beds amazing. Staff over and above. Location was great.
Con: the size of the hot tub was tiny but the pool was nice. Not as heated as I thought. But good.

Pros:

Posizione ideale, camere moderne, accessoriate e pulite

Cons:

I dipendenti della reception alla richiesta di prenotare un taxi per la mattina successiva ci hanno consigliato di farlo direttamente la mattina stessa che in dieci minuti sarebbe arrivato. La matttina al contrario nessun taxi era disponibile e siamo state costrette a prendere la metro non arrivando in tempo alla stazione.

Jos palaan joskus Souliin, majoitun mielelläni uudelleen samassa hotellissa.
Pros:

Aamiaisvaihtoehtoja oli riittävästi ja ruoka oli herkullista. Hotellin sijainti oli paras mahdollinen. Huone oli erittäin hyvä ja rauhallinen. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Oli kiva että oli erikseen suihku ja kylpyamme.

Family rooms are only on lower floor. Some construction work could be heard since early in the morning.

Pros:

A személyzet extra kedves. A takarítás kifogástalan, az egyik legtisztább szálloda eddigi utazásaim során. Központi helyen van, minden elérhető kevés sétával vagy a közelben levő 2 különböző metro vonallal. A szoba szép és tágas. Minden nap friss vízzel töltik fel a hűtőt, ami nagyon kedves dolog.

Cons:

A szobák nem hangszigeteltek, hangos szomszédok esetén erre készülni kell. A fűtés március végén nem működik már, csak hűt a rendszer, így erre készülni kell, a szoba nagyon hideg tud lenni. Viszont pozitívum, hogy ha a recepción jelezzük, fűtőtestet tudnak a szobába tenni, többlet költség nélkül.

Not worth the money
Cons:

Breakfest was very poor, better have breakfest outside hotel.
Heating doesnt work, system was set up for cooling only, during cold days room was like cave…
Fitness in the hotel is a joke, one bench🤷🏻‍♂️

Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent in fact, just a few minutes away you have the bus and metro stops, I also really appreciated the size of the room and the availability of the staff

Cons:

I didn't really like the presence of a sliding door that divides the bathroom area and that night because every time it closes, it always makes a lot of fuss

Pros:

Location is tops for me. I like it that it’s very close to the train (City Hall Station, Line 2) and bus stations. Pick-up/drop-off of airport limousine bus is also a short walk away.
