Cons:

The pool area had a weird smell and was not very enjoyable. But the rest of the hotel was very pleasant with a very sweet staff.

Good customer service throughout hotel. Modern room. Good breakfast service. It is not buffet.
Escape lifeline supplied and fire extinguisher a great idea in a high rise hotel.

Cons:

Not many plug sockets near the bed.

Great location, comfortable room, easy access to food and mrt
Pros:

Housekeeping staff was all friendly and polite. Frontdesk staff is not usually consistent in terms of greetings, acknowledging etc. Since they are the front of house, perhaps its something to improve on for consistent image/impressions given to customers.

Cons:

Aircon did make some noise on and off, doesnt bother me much but good to look into that. I wished the room was brighter
