Amazing stay! Central from lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Really enjoyed the convenience store around the corner.

Staff were friendly and professional, having swimming pool, gym and washing machine facilities in the hotel was very helpful, location of the hotel is in a very good location for visiting the palace and markets around.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja. Pokój duży, przestronny, codziennie sprzątany. Cały personel niezwykle uczynny i sympatyczny. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff and big rooms.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the king-size room made a clicking noise, which was a bit disturbing during the night. We didn’t have this issue in the room we stayed in before, though.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay here with our family. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of Namdaemun Market. There is a convenience store nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants. The nearest subway station is also just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Overall is was good.
Pros:

Great location - close to public transportation and places to eat, clean property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant was good as well - American breakfast.

Cons:

Washers and dryers were broken for a day. Room was a bit smaller than expected but manageable.

Bon emplacement et bon restaurant
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé avec métro à proximité. Le personnel est aimable et anglophone. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est un restaurant italien où on y mange très bien.

Cons:

L'organisation du service de ménage car les 2/3 du séjour, la chambre n'était pas faite lorsque l'on revenait à l'hôtel (vers 16h-16h30). Les machines à laver et sèche-linge fonctionnent très bien mais il faut absolument payée en CB. La perte de surface énorme dans notre chambre (36m2 annoncé mais avec une perte de 6m2 de couloir inutilisable [des paternes auraient pu être fixées] et un coin canapé ou les 2/3 ne sont pas accessible car encastrés dans un recoin. Le mobilier vieillissant de la salle de bain. Pas de salon d'attente ou de pause dans l'hôtel.
