إقامة جيدة، وشقة كانت مناسبة لإقامة محدودة.
Pros:

1- شقة واسعة ومناسبة للعوائل التي تحتاج لمكان واسع.
2- مواقف مظللة متوفرة أسفل الشقق، ومساحتها معقولة.
3- موقع جيد في محافظة جدة، والخدمات متوفرة وقريبة.

Cons:

1- المرافق قديمة وتحتاج لتجديد لتواكب سعر الشقة.
2- لم أحصل على الشقة المحجوزة في التطبيق وإنما هي على شقة أخرى مقاربة لها في الوصف.
3- عدم معرفة بعض موظفي الفندق بالخدمات المتوفرة القريبة من الفندق كمغسلة ملابس مثلاً.
