Never again!
Pros:

They did not recieve our booking and refused to let us go in, we showed them both reservation and payment, but they say no.
We went another hotel and lost our money. Area was also awful!

Pros:

They charged me the reservation with the credit card months ago and when I got there they told me that there was no reservation and they made me pay for the night, the next day I left because the neighborhood is very dangerous, the old and dirty rooms, the worst hotel Where I've been the deal is horrible. I felt cheated and assaulted. All the description and photos they show are false or deceptive

Pros:

In spite of reserving n making payment in advance of one month, staff on duty was not aware of my arrival. 1st 2 nights used a room without water. No clear communications btwn staff on duty. Except for room cleanliness n security nothing is worthy reporting about. It's really in a very noise place not to mention the noise of loud music within the facility. It was the worst of experience i had to endure. 7 nights seemed a month to me! Please if you are a travel who would like a quiet and relaxed time then by all means AVOID GREEN COURT HOTEL IN NAIROBI!
