Pros:

Clean room. Good location just from the main road. Lots of facilities nearby.

It was totally worth it!!! One of my best decisions about this trip!
Pros:

I liked how it is very close to almost everything. It is simple, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast served and how I felt pampered by the idea to have breakfast sent to my room. The cleanliness of the facilities was so good and exceeded my expectations. I booked it, went to Astana and cane back to the same hotel this is how much I fell in love with the place:)

Pros:

Breakfast to the room

Cons:

The ceiling fell off from the bathroom at night due to the water leakage above, so I could sleep that night. Fortunately they changed my room the next day, cause it was Impossible to use the bathroom.

非常棒
Pros:

刚刚新建的酒店 位置在主干道旁边的小巷 繁华中的安宁 位置非常好 走五分钟到一个很大的现代商圈 酒店还有几个房间没有装修好 但是完全不吵也没有味道 房间很舒适 前台的小伙子长得很帅 很友好

Приехали поздно ночью после 2.00 заселили без всяких проблем, завтрак приносят в номер, в номере есть кофе машина с капсулами. Всё понравилось

хорошее расположение

Cons:

В номере нет вешалки для верхней одежды и большого зеркала, что очень неудобно. В шкафу нет полок для вещей.
Все вещи пришлось раскладывать по стульям и дивану.
Количество полотенец не соответствует количеству проживающих.
В период нашего проживания в отеле проводился ремонт, что мешало отдыху. Об этом заранее не предупредили.
Обещанный бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта не был предоставлен.

Pros:

Бәрі жақсы: орналасқан жері, персонал, тазалығы. Бөлмеде бір ішкенге су, шай, кофе бар.
Гигиеналық жабдықтар да түгел. Төсектері тап-таза.

Cons:

Асханасы жоқ. Таңғы ас мәзірі жұтаңдау.
