Pros:

Trotz der zentralen Lage am Steindamm ist durch die 3 Fach Verglasung absolut nichts zu hören. Im Bad müsste es noch einen Spiegel geben aber ansonsten ist es nur zu empfehlen.

not bad if not think about the district
Pros:

surprisingly, for only 33 eur i have got good and cozy room, pretty new renovated. bed was quite comfortable.

there was a kettle and coffee.

despite of wearher, the room was properly heated.

automated checkin is quick and understandable.

Cons:

good lord this area is horrible. unprepared people should stay away. there are dozens of Junkies, street hookers and drug dealers. and no police at 3:30

Für ein Wochenende perfekt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt weniger.
Pros:

Die Lage war für mich super. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch bekam ich auch ein ruhigeres Zimmer, was nach hinten raus lag.

Cons:

In der Gegend war viel los. Drogen, Dealen, Menschen- die ihre Notdurft an Mülltonnen verrichteten. Teilweise war es sehr laut - besonders nachts.

Kaputte Ausstattung , Unhöfliches Personal und keine deutsch sprachige Fähigkeiten beim kommunizieren. Laute Straße mit vielen Junkies die rumschreien und sich Drogen geben bis zum umfallen . Fenster kaputt , Licht geht beim duschen aus im Badezimmer und Heizung ist im schrank versteckt erstmal suchen müssen um sie zu tätigen . Und undichte handbrause. extra Gebühr von 2,40€ angeblich Tax beim Check in .

Es war total undurchsichtig wo das Frühstück ist (nämlich im Café nebenan), Fernsehr kaum Programme, alles online oder per Telefon, keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort
