Pros:

Very cheap price for a single room in Hamburg. For one night the room has what you need. Clean

Cons:

I got a room 1km far from what I thought I had booked. I still had to go to the main building for the check in. No big problem for me, but it would be better to know it in advance

completely different and a far off address than mentioned. No wifi and literally no support to talk to

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ! Just after paying they sent us a message changing the location of our room, way further than the address written on their page, which is illegal. I tried to call them asking for an explanation then they blocked my number.
After contacting booking’s support, Haus 52 answered with a lie saying that we supposedly « accepted a room upgrade » which we never received and even less accepted. Finally had to sort it with booking to have this reservation cancelled and refunded. I hope booking will deal with this place, I don’t want to have another experience like this on this app.

Please don't mention "it is a complimentary room upgrade"
Pros:

Cleaning. It was good. Very clean. Room, shared bathroom, hallway.

Cons:

They changed me room and deceived it as "complimentary room upgrade". But it was not a complimentary room. The location was literally next to construction site. I could not sleep tight. The construction starts from 8 in the morning. The loud sounds and noise vibrated and penetrated into the room whole day.

I am not talking about Haus 52. It is about "Sleephotels" at Danzieger strasse.

The uploaded photo is the construction site from the room.

I hope the one, who will stay here in the future, understand this situation.

Pros:

It is enough just for sleeping and out during the day.
We booked quadruple room so we had plenty of space.
There are 2 bathrooms on our floor (share with 4 bedrooms). Lucky enough everybody seems to keep it clean.

Cons:

Honestly, we booked this place because it said it was 10 mins walk from Central station. It’s not.
Once we booked it, the email said we had to check-in at the other address (10 mins walk) then the actual hotel is 20 mins away down the street. So about 30 mins total. I guess you can take the metro.

Unpleasant poor neighborhood, if the Portier tells you “it’s safer if you leave your bike in front of the train station and not in front of the hotel “, it tells you something.

Pros:

Da das geplante Hotel gerade in einer Bauphase ist,
wurde ich dann in ein anderes,
aus dieser Kette,
verlegt.
und es war nur ein paar Schritte entfernt,
aber wirklich sehr leicht zu finden, und ich habe ein witzig dekoriertes Zimmer bekommen, und es hat mir gefallen☺️☺️☺️

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß.

Cons:

Der Fernseher ging nicht, wurde auch , auf Anfrage nicht gerichtet.
Das Etagenbad stand unter Wasser, war sehr dreckig....
Trotz einer berechtigten Beschwerde wurde ich mit 2 Prozent Ermäßigung abgewimmelt...
Zudem es angeblich ein Upgrade auf das ursprüngliche zimmer war...wie schlecht muss es dann dort sein ....
