Temizlik, personel tavrı, nezaket ve yaklaşımları oldukça iyi. Konum, ana yol üzerinde Alaçatı çarşı merkeze yürüme mesafesinde, araçsız gidilebilir. Comfort oda ve banyo kullanım alanı idare eder ancak beklediğimizden biraz küçüktü, oda giriş katında ana yola baktığından gece araç gürültüsü ve gelen gidenin seslerinden uykuda problem yaratıyor, bu odanın en olumsuz yanıydı. Aracınızı otelin (ve odanın) hemen önüne parkedebiliyorsunuz. Masaya serpme sunulan kahvaltısı çok zengin değildi ancak nispeten kararında denilebilir, özellikle peynir çeşitleriyle biraz zenginleştirilebilir. Havuz ve ortam huzur verici, sakin, elbette bu durum mevcut misafirlerin profiline de bağlı, ama bizim konaklamamız esnasında iyidi. Gününüzü havuz başında geçirecekseniz menüsü çok zengin değil ama yeterli. 4 günlük konaklamamız sonrasında 2 günlük konaklama uzatma talebimize verilen indirimli ücretin üzerinden %35 daha düşük bir fiyatla havuz, konfor vb. kriterlerle eşdeğer diyebileceğimiz daha konforlu ve büyük odalı (ancak personel kalitesi biraz daha düşük olan) merkeze daha yakın farklı bir otelde tatilimizi tamamladık, bu anlamda sezon sonu olması nedeniyle fiyatı görece biraz yüksekti denilebilir. Genel olarak işletmesi iyi bir otel. Otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz.
Es ist einer der besten und größten Hotels in Alacati.Ich bin im Jahr mehrmals dort sehr zu empfehlen auch in Winterzeit. Gute Lage, Personal ist hilfsbereit sehr viel Auswahl bei den getränken. Freue mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in BelCanto .
It supposed to be adults only hotel. It was almost impossible to have peaceful breakfast between kids watching cartoons what not, on their ipads and shouting each other. Kids do that but advertising hotel as adults only and not doing that is not cool. And because we made the online booking we got the worst rooms looking at street noise, when i asked why answer was because we did it online !!!! Other than that Stuff was very polite and helpful especially the main host, she was very kind
