Dinner was excellent and there was many items including soyp, salad, main course, and cheese nachos. Staff was very kind.

Cons:

Limited TV channels of interest and the hot tub was too packed to use at multiple times.

Pros:

Super clean, friendly, and great breakfast!

Cons:

The TV isn't a smart TV so I couldn't connect my Netflix. The location is kind of weird but not a deal breaker.

Pros:

The staff was very proactive in addressing our complaint against kids running in the hallway is beating on the doors. They were very young and shouldn’t have been unchaperoned in the hotel, but the staff really handled it quickly and it resolved.

Cons:

Kids running in the hallways beating on doors didn’t appreciate the parents who allow their young kids to be unchaperoned running the entire hotel.

Pros:

Front desk associate was very kind. Gave goodie bags to our kids. Asked us if we had stayed before, which we had not, and then she offered a free suite upgrade which was nice to have the extra space with our kids. Breakfast was delicious. Good selection of food. All The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

There was some yellow staining on the sheets, the sheets fit the bed very poorly, and the pillows could have been more comfortable. They seemed worn. Also there was someone else’s leftover food in the fridge, but overall it seemed well kept, clean and we had a nice stay and would stay here again in the future.
