Great Value!
Pros:

Super clean, friendly, and great breakfast!

Cons:

The TV isn't a smart TV so I couldn't connect my Netflix. The location is kind of weird but not a deal breaker.

Pros:

The staff was very proactive in addressing our complaint against kids running in the hallway is beating on the doors. They were very young and shouldn’t have been unchaperoned in the hotel, but the staff really handled it quickly and it resolved.

Cons:

Kids running in the hallways beating on doors didn’t appreciate the parents who allow their young kids to be unchaperoned running the entire hotel.

Pros:

Front desk associate was very kind. Gave goodie bags to our kids. Asked us if we had stayed before, which we had not, and then she offered a free suite upgrade which was nice to have the extra space with our kids. Breakfast was delicious. Good selection of food. All The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

There was some yellow staining on the sheets, the sheets fit the bed very poorly, and the pillows could have been more comfortable. They seemed worn. Also there was someone else’s leftover food in the fridge, but overall it seemed well kept, clean and we had a nice stay and would stay here again in the future.

Pros:

Front desk staff and valets were great. Valet went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was handy in the morning so we could leave for church on time, a great assistance as many cars are parked far away and it can take half an hour or more to retrieve them.
Room was dark and quiet for sleeping.
Restaurant onsite is always a good idea.

Cons:

Toilet lid was not a soft-close.
Hot tub had hair and other items in it.
Breakfast staff were helpful but it was a madhouse and they ran out of things.
Vending machines for snacks isn't as pleasant (or all-inclusive) as a mini-market.
Drive-in access was suuuper tight...I realize with a downtown location that really can't be helped but it was definitely awkward.

You made me pre-pay to have a room held for me. Then you sold itt made more money and sent me away.
Pros:

Our pre-paid room was SOLD out when we got there. I was NOT happy with the hotel they sent us to. It was a handicapped room and my boyfriend is 6’2”. He stooped to reach everything.

They did NOT offer a free breakfast either, so we did NOT get to eat. Very disappointed!

Cons:

Do not sell pre-paid rooms!
