Great value for the price
Pros:

Basic room, bed comfortable, from outside I was concerned. But room was clean great. Value for money.

Cons:

Poor outlook...not enough milk, supply downstairs empty only one pillow on bed, bathroom had a bad smell, windows wouldn't open. During this heatwave we needed to open one.

Excellent accommodation.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. TV tea and coffee provided. Excellent value for money.

Pros:

The towels were clean

Cons:

Size of room. Very thin duvet, had to buy a sleeping back for second night. Terrible drain smell in bathroom. Only 2 channels on TV. Really not very clean.

Cons:

Unclean, I mean really dirty room bin unemptied,
When alerted to the problems the manager explained she had been away.- like that solved the problem- and if not happy we can just go -full refund . So we did.

Rocky start but went well in the end

The staff were very accommodating

Cons:

I found a fingernail on the bedside table on day one and the whole place is a little run down, the tv in the room didn’t really work it kept losing signal and they put my 87 year old Nan in a room on the top floor after being told she could have a ground floor room but they did rectify it on day 2.
