Pros:

La piscine est superbe. La reception ne repond jamais positivement à vos demande. C'est systématiquement non.

Pros:

The management team and front desk staff was very unfriendly and not very knowledgeable about the hotel property. The bartenders, restaurant staff, casino staff, bellman, etc. were very friendly and had great customer service skills. This hotel caters to families and not to a group of friends looking to enjoy a vacation. If you are not going with your family, do not stay here!

Pros:

Worst experience I have ever had at any hotel . The staff was horrible , the managers were no where to be found . I do not reccomend this hotel to anybody. I spent $2000 on the penthouse there and they treated me horrible . Please do not waste your time at this hotel unless you want your vacation to be ruined! Also the A/C unit and jacuzzi were broken !!!
