Pros:

this hotel is a hidden gem yes a bit hard to find but boy is it worth it,the staff are superb especially mallory and Charlotte, and a special mention to chef sam,the food was superb and very good on price location great,rooms great, beer great,don't hesitate in booking this hotel.

Relaxing and perfect, as we expect and always receive. Booking soon again for later in year.
Pros:

Comfortable for what we needed as a place to crash for the night.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a beautiful rural location. Half an hour to walk to the nearest town, or 5-10 minutes by car. We stayed in their smallest room which was comfortable and peaceful. The shower was hot and powerful and left you feeling nice and clean. Staff were polite and helpful.
Continental breakfast included with the room and could be upgraded to a cooked breakfast on the weekends for an additional cost.

Cons:

The room wasn't the cleanest in places - I walked from my shower back to my bed and my feet were filthy again from the floor, and I could see bits of muck here and there. Generally it was well kept for the most part though.
The heating was also a bit hit and miss. The bathroom radiator worked fine but we couldn't get the one in our room to work so we had a mini heater instead which wasn't ideal when we had big towels to dry, but it did keep the room warm.
The shower itself in the bathroom was very powerful, which was great, however whoever designed the shower clearly didn't factor in water spray and with every shower, the tiny glass divide did nothing to stop the shower flooding the floors (which had a drainage hole in, I'm guessing for this exact reason).
