Good location, basic but honest hotel.
Pros:

The location near Terminal 3 is very good. The room was totally quiet and dark which helped get us to catch up on sleep.

Cons:

Having to find a restaurant for dinner in Terminal 3 was not what we expected and not enjoyable after a long day's travel to get to Heathrow. The room was VERY small - clean, comfortable but very difficult with luggage. Also, there was no short term (ie less than a day) luggage storage offered by the hotel. There is a luggage storage place very close, but it is expensive.

Very good location and friendly staff. Quite expensive but I suppose we pay for the location.

Cons:

The signage to the hotel from the train from Terminal 5 started out well but petered out in the tunnel where there is a sign for the Hilton but nothing for Aerotel and from there on I didn’t see any signs to the hotel. The man at the information desk pointed it out for me.
