Great place to stay when flying from terminal 3 on an early flight

a used pod of milk was left dried , mixed with other 3 unused pods of milk on the coffee table . i wonder any staff will ever check the expiration date or the condition of the food provided

As a female traveling independently, aerotel was perfectly situated within terminal 3 at London Heathrow. I arrived at night on an international flight and had a 7 AM connection to a European city. Aerotel is perfect for travelers breaking up a long journey. There is a grab and go kiosk for food and beverages. The front desk is staffed 24/7. The rooms are compact, clean and the closest option to terminal 3 for connecting international flights.

This is an airport hotel and it’s that’s what you want then it’s good. It’s in the arrivals hall of terminal 3 so very easy access for that and departures. The room was very small and didn’t have a window so it felt like we were staying in a box, but it was clean and the bed was comfy. We stayed here because we had an early flight and it was really convenient for that. Food options close by are limited.

Friend, service oriented staff. Faculty was a little Spartan but was spotless and had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay.

It was convenient, due to its proximity to the airport. Really no amenities though. No restaurant, room service, windows(!). Also, just having Netflix available would’ve been huge, very very limited television channel selection. The room was clean and new, reasonably quiet. “Family Room” is very small for 2 adults and 2 teens. We needed room for one night, it served its purpose.

It was just an overnight layover at the airport, I was able to get some rest in private instead of the airport chairs. Best rest ever!

Friendly helpful staff

Water from washbasin not hot enough for comfortable shaving. Shower excellent. WiFi excellent. Beds very comfortable.

The air con is dreadful, esp in the airless wee rooms

Great location for an early morning flight. Staff were wonderful. Very small rooms though. Just a place to sleep.
