The hotel is literally in the arrivals hall, which was super convenient for us. The beds are really comfortable, and while some reviews are negative because there are no windows, we actually enjoyed having no sunlight or outside noise because we really needed the sleep!

Cons:

The single room was very small and cramped. I had two medium suitcases with me and I only just managed to cram them at the end of the bed so they didnt block tge room up.

Perfect to get a decent sleep before an early morning flight or between connections
Pros:

Perfect location inside the terminal (in the arrivals lounge) so ideal for a stress free journey to Heathrow T3 the night before an early morning flight.
Also clean comfy and modern.
I booked a single room which was tiny but the bed was still a small double.
Mattress and pillow comfortable
Shower good

Cons:

There are no windows cos it’s inside the terminal but for most guests I doubt it’s a problem. I arrived at 10pm and left at 6am. I didn’t need any daylight.

Take an eye mask and good ear plugs.
Pros:

Location for Qantas flight

Cons:

A green light in the roof that was really bright and annoying. You had to have the bathroom door shut or the alarm could go off. Skip Breakfast not worth it. Take ear plugs as it is not sound proof. It’s also very expensive.
