Excellent central airport location
Pros:

Great location if flying early in the morning. Quiet - I wasn’t disturbed by external noise at all. Comfortable - much larger than other pods I’ve stayed in.

Cons:

My only issues were that some water escaped from the shower area into the rest of the bathroom and the glow from the air conditioning panel and other sensors kept the room too bright for my liking.

Good to catch an early monring flight
Cons:

The room was extremely small and my husband could barely get out of his side of the bed. Since the room was so small we keep hitting our toes on the bed post trying to navigate to the bathroom. There were no restaurants close for dinner and we had to get desk clerk to bring us a single cup of ice. Thankfully we were only there for a very short overnight stay to catch an early morning flight.

Very convenient I would stay there again if flying into terminal three at Heathrow
Pros:

Very convenient attached to Terminal 3.

Cons:

No ice machines available for customers to fill up an ice bucket. No mini fridge. No microwave in room.
