Overall it was disappointing
Pros:

Washrooms were good

Cons:

Buffet was very limited. Hotel was not that value for money. It was quiet over priced compared to the facilities. Game room was not functional as well.

Except location and access roads, everything is good
Pros:

Good staff, good food in buffet breakfast and dinner. Centrally heated. Good room size. Has basement parking. Good interior

Cons:

1. Access Roads in both sides are narrow & broken. Roads were flooded as well when we traveled. We went in March'26 when it was raining. But we heard that roads are broken for past 8 months. It took us 1 hr to complete a 5 kms strech near hotel. Shuru naggar is in new Manali and it's doesn't look like Manali, new construction and dust every where. Lots of traffic all the day. After staying for 2 days we shifted to another hotel in old Manali just because of location issue

2. Hotel is maintained nicely except Gaming/playing area. I don't why that entertainment room is the most ignored one. Hotel should pay some attention here
