Cons:

Quando chegamos a recepção foi péssima. Quase precisamos implorar para sermos atendidos. Os recepcionistas estavam conversando. Ficamos esperando: falei para meu esposo: vamos sentar quando eles terminarem de conversar talvez nos atendam. Aí que eles nos atenderam

Pros:

O Hotel entrega o necessário para uma hospedagem confortável e sem contratempos. Chuveiro excelente, cama confortável e equipe de atendimento atenciosa e prestativa.

Cons:

Alguns detalhes podem melhorar a experiência no futuro: o quarto de modo geral e a escrivaninha de trabalho não possuem uma boa iluminação geral, apenas iluminação focal o que não é o ideal, a cadeira de trabalho do quarto também é mais bonita do que funcional, não tem lixeira de lixo seco no quarto, o que para pessoas conscientes em não misturar o lixo, requer ir até o corredor; o café da manhã é muito bom, mas se chegar depois das 7:30 verás que falta agilidade na administração para repor os itens do buffet; o ambiente do térreo carece de boa ventilação, fazendo com que o cheiro da comida do restaurante impregne a roupa de quem fica usando o lobby.

Pros:

Cama muito confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, café com muita variedade.

Cons:

Uma hospede que chegou as 3:35h e ficou sapateando de salto no andar acima e conversando muito alto. Se o check in for muito tarde não deveria colocar em acomodação que ja tenha alguém abaixo, tendo outras opções de acomodação.
