Pros:

Wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa mega miła- zwłaszcza w restauracji. Bardzo czysto w obiekcie, z balkonu widok na Gubałówkę był miłą niespodzianką. Polecam wszystkim, dodam tylko ,że byłam w obiekcie 3*, więc zapewne część 5* zachwyca bardziej.

Cons:

Nie lubię dodatkowych opłat parkingowych... za to malutki minusik

- lokalizacja - 3 minutki do centrum
- pyszne i rozmaite śniadanie
- wygodne łóżka i poduszki
- bardzo miły personel
- czajnik i herbatka w pokoju

Cons:

- brak suszarki w 3 gwiazdkowym hotelu jest troche dziwne
- bardzo mało kontaktów - 1 przy łóżku i 1 pod telewizorem
- glowny hol pieknie wyremontowany jednak reszta pieter i pokoje bardzo stare… nie jest to duzy problem jednak przydaloby sie je odświeżyć

Radiator worked well and so did heated towel rack

Working lift upper floors
Our room had a terrace with a mountain view
Very Hot shower
Quiet room and floor

Cons:

Our room was on the small side 216 hardly room to open our large suitcases
216 is too close to the lift my liking.
Had to ask room service for coffee and milk for our room as it had not been refilled when we checked in
Our rooms decor is a bit dated compared to the flashy entrance of the sister hotel where you enter
