Понравилось абсолютно все! Еда, персонал, место.

Amazing food and great service. Will definitely be back next year.
Pros:

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! Perfect if you’re a couple that just wants to relax but with child friendly areas as well. The food and drink were phenomenal! When choosing an all inclusive, my expectations for food and drink were average but it really felt like eating at top quality restaurants when it came to food and alcoholic drinks rather than an all inclusive hotel. Finally, the staff were lovely! There was always someone coming around regardless of where you were in the hotel to make sure you had a drink, fruit, or anything else.

Cons:

In previous photos we’d seen the hotel had a swim up bar with a beautiful view and came to find that had been remodelled to just a tree in the center which was a bit disappointing.

Luxus und Entspannung pur
Pros:

Das Personal im Hotel war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Schon beim Check-in wurde man herzlich begrüßt und bei kleinen Anliegen sofort unterstützt. Unser Kissen war etwas zu hart – es wurde direkt ausgetauscht. Auch ein zusätzlicher Bademantel für unser Kind wurde ohne Zögern gebracht, was wir wirklich toll fanden.

Das Essen in den Restaurants war durchweg sehr lecker und von höchster Qualität. Besonders schön war, dass man am Strand direkt bestellen konnte – die Getränke und kleinen Snacks wurden schnell und freundlich serviert. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und auch die Liegen am Pool und Strand in hervorragendem Zustand.

Das Kinderprogramm wurde mit viel Engagement durchgeführt, und das Team dort war unglaublich herzlich und kompetent. Unser Kind hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Auch bei kleinen Missverständnissen, etwa beim Transfer, wurde sofort freundlich reagiert und alles schnell geklärt – das spricht sehr für den guten Service.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Anlage mit toller Atmosphäre und wunderbar hilfsbereitem Personal.

Die Zimmer waren leider etwas hellhörig, sodass man Gespräche und Geräusche vom Flur gut mitbekam.

Bylismy w Lujo tydzien czasu. Bylo fantastycznie. Pokoje przestronne i ladne. Jedzenie fenomenalne. Plac zabaw przy plazy oraz kids club - rewelacyjne. Dzieci byly zachwycone. Ogromne podziekowania naleza sie naszym opiekunkom. Byly naprawde niezawodne, reagowaly bardzo szybko na wszelkie pytania, zgloszenia - Julide i Tetiana.

Cons:

We wrzesniu zimna woda w basenach wiec dzieci nie mogly i przede wszystkim nie chcialy w niej plywac. Identyczna sytuacja w odniesieniu do basenie przy pokoju.

Very unsafe place incase you get sick !! I guess I eat something at the Opa restaurant!
Pros:

Your resort is Not safe if you get sick very unsafe ! I got sick dehydrated from severe diarrhoea and you did nothing ! Only telling me that the pharmacies around there were closed due to weekend you should provide me medicine for the diarrhoea to stop ! I got so dehydrated that was very dangerous for my health !

Cons:

Me and my niece checked in on the 5th of September late afternoon all inclusive Laguna Deluxe swim up partly sea view. We had late lunch around 18:00 at the Opa restaurant. Next morning Diarrhea started all day. I asked for a pharmacy but the were closed due to weekend. The diarrhea continued for the second day. I called the nurse of the Hotel and he said that I was dehydrated and he suggested to go to the hospital so they can check my sodium and my potassium since I lost so much electrolytes . This Resort is very UNSAFE in case of emergency I guess they don't care . Pharmacies in Bodrum center were open.i needed medication such as Loperamid ( diarrhea relief and Almora for dehydration.
