Perfekt !!!!
Pros:

Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und wieder rundum begeistert. Die Professionalität und der Service sind wirklich kaum zu toppen. Wenn man sich einmal an das À-la-carte-Konzept gewöhnt hat – sogar schon beim Frühstück – möchte man eigentlich nichts anderes mehr.

Der Urlaub war super entspannt und erholsam. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei unseren Joy Advisorn, die
rund um die Uhr für alle Anliegen als direkter Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung standen. Auch die Mädels im Kids Club waren großartig.

Die Restaurants, das gesamte Team und der Service in allen Bereichen waren hervorragend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und empfehlen das Hotel jederzeit weiter!

WE had high expectations of receiving 5 star service at Lujo and we were not disappointed throughout

The breakfast was held in anoption of different restaurants. each had their own take on the food The food and service was excellent and the portion sizes were a good amount for any appetite. The menue was extensive and the coffee was excellent

Отель поражает своим уровнем сервиса, вниманием к деталям и невероятной атмосферой роскоши и комфорта. С момента заселения мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями. Персонал всегда был дружелюбным, профессиональным и готовым помочь в любой ситуации.

Территория отеля безупречно ухожена, номера просторные, стильные и оснащены всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Особенно впечатлили потрясающие виды на Эгейское море и высокий уровень чистоты во всех зонах отеля.

Отдельно хочется отметить гастрономическую составляющую. Рестораны предлагают великолепный выбор блюд мировой кухни, а качество продуктов и подача находятся на уровне лучших ресторанов. Каждый ужин становился настоящим событием.

Пляжи, бассейны, развлекательные программы и спа-комплекс организованы на высочайшем уровне. В отеле продумано абсолютно всё для того, чтобы гости могли расслабиться и наслаждаться отдыхом без каких-либо забот.

Поработать над качеством услуг, персонал у входа, темнокожая девушка сама по себе для чего не понятно стоит и парень тож

Пляж и вода. Прозрачная, чистая, плавали огроменные рыбки.

Cons:

Слишком перехваленный отель, где еда дорогая и не особо вкусная. Персонал сам по себе, никто не помогает с чемоданами, пока не дашь чаевые даже и не посмотрят, сами таскали пакеты .Серый отель, как замок в котором нет души. Место куда мы не решимся вернуться

Our stay at UJÒ was pleasant overall, but unfortunately it did not fully meet the very high expectations created by its reputation and pricing.
The resort is visually beautiful, the beach area is genuinely lovely, and the Gugu Beach Club is definitely one of the highlights of the property. The staff was always polite and professional, and we also appreciated the assistance and kindness of Daria during our stay.
However, for a resort positioned and marketed as an ultra-luxury 5-star experience, we expected a significantly higher level of exclusivity, refinement, and culinary variety.
One of the main disappointments was the dining concept. All restaurants are exclusively à la carte, with relatively similar menus across the different venues. We were surprised that such a high-end resort does not offer at least one exceptional buffet experience or a more distinctive gastronomic identity.
While the service was correct and efficient, the overall experience lacked the “wow factor” and sense of exceptional hospitality that resorts in this price category should provide.
In summary, UJÒ is certainly a good luxury resort, but in our opinion it does not fully justify the level of hype and pricing associated with it.
