Temiz ve rahat
Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi fakat kahvaltısı zayıftı. Sıcak su makinesi yoktu, ısıtıcı ile veriyorlar. Meyve çeşidi çok azdı.

Güleryüz ve samimiyet için doğru adres
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok güzel, Başçarşı’nın tam ortasında meşhur Sebil’e çok yakın. Şehirde her yere yürüyebilirsiniz. Çalışanlar da çok yardımcı ve konukseverler. Özellikle (adını hatırlayamadım ne yazık ki) restoran kısmındaki hanımefendi. Çok güzel Türkçe konuşuyor. Çıkış yapacağımız gün uçağımız erkendi ve kahvaltı edemeyecektik. Sağolsun bize bir kahvaltı paketi hazırlamış yanımızda götürmemiz için, kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Çok tatlıydı.

Výborná poloha hotelu, čisté, moderní, perfektně vybavené pokoje, se snídaní jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Profesionální a
velmi ochotný personál hotelu - hodně nám pomohla zejména paní recepční Mirnela, velice ji chválíme.

Fantastic, AWESOME!!!
Pros:

The Location, Facility and Modern Design of the Hotel is Absolutely AWESOME!!! It's in the Heart of Old Town Sarajevo. Most importantly, the two staff's Mirnela and Tarik were Amazing!!! They looked after us and made sure everything was good because treated us like VIP. Also, the morning breakfast was GREAT (8-10am) My humble request to the Manager is to REWARD or PROMOTE them (Mirnela and Tarik) for their hardwork towards the guest because they deserve it truly.

EXCELLENT EMPLACEMENT - TRES BON SEJOUR
Pros:

Excellent emplacement à proximité immédiate du centre historique.
Personnel très agréable, accueillant et sympathique
Bon petit déjeuner, même si plus de choix aurait été appréciés (surtout pâtisseries et viennoiseries).

Cons:

Literie ferme pour moi et chambre un peu bruyante (rue et climatisation)
Début du petit déjeuner (8 heures) un peu trop tardif pour les excursions.
