Pros:

Location is fantastic and really lovely staff. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The room is so tiny and cramped, same with bathroom. Bathroom could do with new tiles and there was a pungent smell coming from the drain.

Saraybosna da kalınacak güzel bir yer
Pros:

Konumu çok iyi , direk başçarşının karşısında. Odalar çok temiz, kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi.

Cons:

WC deki fan ses yapıyor hemen kapanmıyor , ışığı kapattıktan bir müddet sonra kapanıyor.

Excellent location, very good breakfast, extremely comfortable bed, and very clean and pleasant bathroom (with superb shower!). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A great hotel that I would certainly return to!

Kısa seyahatler için aile dostu bir oteldi.
Pros:

Oda gayet temizdi ancak gece üşüdük ve merkezi ısıtma olduğu için klimayı ayarlayamadık. Bunun haricinde herkes çok güleryüzlüydü, hatta gece lobide transferimiz gelene kadar bekledik ve kimse bizi rahatsız etmedi. Kahvaltı da güzeldi diyebilirim. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.

Gece üşüdük ve merkezi ısıtma olduğu için klimayı ayarlayamadık.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi fakat kahvaltısı zayıftı. Sıcak su makinesi yoktu, ısıtıcı ile veriyorlar. Meyve çeşidi çok azdı.

Güleryüz ve samimiyet için doğru adres
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok güzel, Başçarşı’nın tam ortasında meşhur Sebil’e çok yakın. Şehirde her yere yürüyebilirsiniz. Çalışanlar da çok yardımcı ve konukseverler. Özellikle (adını hatırlayamadım ne yazık ki) restoran kısmındaki hanımefendi. Çok güzel Türkçe konuşuyor. Çıkış yapacağımız gün uçağımız erkendi ve kahvaltı edemeyecektik. Sağolsun bize bir kahvaltı paketi hazırlamış yanımızda götürmemiz için, kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Çok tatlıydı.
