Lage ist sehr zentral und alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eher klein. Leider war unser Zimmer gegen die Strassenseite und da wir zum Schlafen das Fenster offen haben war es sehr laut. Auch die umliegenden Moscheen sind sehr gut zu hören.

A/c needs to be working not only in season in summer but during spring and fall. Something it can be hot sleeping night and was difficult to turn off heat by some reason . I had to keep open window at night time

Tolle zentrale Lage im Herzen von Sarajevo. Das Familienzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für eine 5-köpfige Familie.

Cons:

Auf den Teppichboden hätte man durchaus bei so einer modernen Ausstattung des Zimmers verzichten können.

La posizione dell'hotel molto centrale. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema in camera e ci è stata sostituita molto velocemente.

Cons:

L'offerta della colazione soprattutto per chi non gradisce il salato è da ampliare. Il livello di pulizia nelle camere ha margini di miglioramento.

Die Lage war fantastisch, das Personal war toll und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer, dass eine gute Größe hatte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, sodass man die Straßenbahn vor der Haustür vorbeifahren hörte. Der Kaffee am Morgen war mir persönlich zu bitter, ansonsten tolles Frühstück mit sehr guter Auswahl.
