Quarto confortável, limpeza, localização adequada desde que tenha um carro,

Havia um evento no hotel o que prejudicou o atendimento aos demais hospedes. Café da manha desabastecido, barulho excessivo, elevadores congestionados, recepção cheia estacionamento cheio.

Atendimento no check in! Havia um evento privativo e ocuparam todas as vagas do estacionamento do hotel! A recepcionista não permitiu estacionar meu carro em frente a entrada alegando que era área de manobra. Que eu deveria procurar outro local fora do hotel para estacionar. E como o evento eram muitas pessoas, lotaram até as vagas na avenida fora do hotel. A recepcionista informou que o hotel não garantia vaga no local, pois o estacionamento seria gratuito. Todavia, a informação no booking é: Estacionamento grátis, Estacionamento privativo, Estacionamento no local, Vaga de Estacionamento

O fato de não retirarem mais as cascas das frutas. E outro ponto bastante negativo, embora a causa não seja o hotel, é o cheiro desagradável. Informaram que seria proveniente de uma fábrica próxima. Cheiro de esgoto ao lado externo.

Muito bom, gostei bastante de tudo, muito confortável, e o café da manhã muito bom tbm, equipe nota 10, e a localização tbm muito boa, recomendo.

Cons:

Internet muito ruim, não consegui usar de tão lento que estava a internet. Mas só isso tbm, as vezes era o dia apenas que estava lento, enfim, restante estava tudo impecável, recomendo.
