Toilet needs better cleaning with stronger cleaning chemicals because the toilet has bad smelling even after cleaning the room
The staff & managment are very nice, they do not bother you unnecessarily but when you need sometihng, the staff is always available, swift and helpfull. Also they gave me some very deliscious fruits. The breakfast buffet is a good deal. I love the view from the balcony towards the North overlooking the mountains of Bali and even Java and Lombok are visible on clear days.
There is only one coffeemachine at the breakfast buffet so you can have a waiting line if many guests want coffee at the same time. However this is not a real issue because they make up for it by having a kettle in the room so you can brew a coffee there aswell.

The house keeping staff on July 9, on the six floor was ridiculous and outrageous!! Unbelievably loud , chatty and slamming the door all day long, I couldn’t get any work done! Complain at front desk or warning them doesn’t work at all… some sounds they made was so big you’d thought there was an explosion ,Literally.
I thought hotels were supposed to let people wind down and relax , not get on the guest’s nerves all day. Completely disappointing, won’t ever want to repeat the hell again, hope the hotel manager can do something about those staff, seriously

Отель неплохой в сравнении цена качество с конкурентами. Хороший завтрак шведский стол со свежими фруктами. Расположение на центральной дороге, но нам дали номер с окнами на другую сторону, где кричали петухи, но силиконовые беруши помогли. Сам номер старый, грязноват, не похоже на 4 звезды. Кровати большие и удобные. До пляжей достаточно далеко на скутере.
