Lovely clean and comfortable with a great location. Cafe downstairs on the lakeside was great for breakfast

Need some body lotion on the room. Guy at front reception wasn’t very friendly

Lovely location

Lovely location lakeside.
Spacious room - comfy bed and good shower

Cons:

Our garden view room didn't really have a garden view - street/driveway only. A bit disappointing.
Only one size pillow - a great door-step. Husband needed a softer pillow for neck injury but reception advised only one size. We later realised we could have been offered a soft cushion from reception.
Heat pump did not warm our room - appeared to not be working when we turned temperature up.
Early cleaning staff very noisy in corridor outside our room.

I would highly recommend this venue for anyone needing to to stay in the area.
Pros:

A great location, close to shops and very relaxing on the water. It was very helpful having the restaurant there, and private parking was convenient and affordable. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect for our quick overnight stay.
Pros:

Great accomodation for a quick overnight stay after our evening flight into Brisbane on our trip. Room was very clean. Bed was soft & comfy. Parking area very well lit & safe. We had an after hours check in & they accomadated us perfectly. Room had all the amenities we needed & a nice view of the lake. Very pleased.
