Enjoyable, but might have asked for another room if we'd known what we were getting

Didn't realise we were getting a disabled room, with no door on the bathroom/toilet!

Was ideal location for a course i was doing.
Close to large shopping centre.
Comfy beds, spacious room, clean bathroom.

Cons:

The pool wasn't enticing.
Room service charge of $8 is excessive.
No small table in room.
Road side was noisy at times.

As pleasant as always, also congratulations on how the staff handled the fire alarm episode.
Pros:

Have stayed in Suite 201 twice before because it is so spacious. It has always been clean and has a nice outlook over the lake.

It was a pleasant except for the noise and banging on doors at around 10.30pm and in the morning.
Pros:

location worked for us.

Cons:

We had to extend our say by a night and was told they would not match the bookings.com price from the night before and charged me over $100 more for the 2nd night.

It was a pleasant stay with good facilities that met our requirements.
Pros:

Good location & suited our needs, walking distance to Northlakes Westfield Shopping Centre where there are many choices of restaurants, also a lovely area to walk around a waterway right near the Hotel. Room was comfortable as was the bed.
